Abstract

Es wird ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Dekorschicht (1) aus einem relie- fierten Holzfurnier (2) und einem an einer Seite des Holzfurniers (2) angebrach- ten Vlies (3), mit den folgenden Verfahrensschritten beschrieben: − Bereitstellen einer Presse mit einem reliefierten Pressstempel (4), ei- ner Andruckplatte (7) und einer auf der Andruckplatte (7) angeordne- te Pufferplatte (6), − Einlegen des Holzfurniers (2) und des Vlieses (3) in die Presse, wo- bei das Vlies (3) der Pufferplatte (6) und die dem Vlies (3) abgewand- te Seite des Holzfurniers (2) dem reliefierten Pressstempel (4) zuge- wandt ist, − Verpressen des Holzfurniers (2) zusammen mit dem Vlies (3) unter Ausbildung eines Reliefs (8) im Holzfurnier (2) und dem daran fixier- ten Vlies (3), − Abziehen der Dekorschicht (1) von der Pufferplatte (6).
