Abstract
Die Erfindung stellt Verfahren zur Gewinnung baustellentauglicher hochvakuumhaltender innen verspiegelter geschlossenporiger Bau- und Dämmstoffe, die vor Ort zugeschnitten werden können, bereit. Dazu werden beim Schmelzen Entgasungsprozesse vor vollständiger Entgasung unter Vakuum abgebrochen und das Material zu Vakuumschäumen, Einzelporen (Hohlkugeln), Fasern, Agglomeraten, Putzen oder Platten geformt. Bevorzugt kommt ein zweistufiger Produktionsprozess zum Einsatz, wo zunächst das bekannte Herstellungs- oder Umformungsverfahren (z.B. Glasschmelze) so geführt wird, dass Mikroporen entstehen, diese werden dann im Vakuum expandiert und mit Wellenfeldern (HF/Mikrowelle, Lichtbogen u.a.) sukzessive weiter aufgeheizt bis hin zur theoretischen Minimalwandstärke.The invention provides a method for obtaining construction site-suitable, high-vacuum holding, internally mirrored, closed-pore construction and insulation materials that can be cut to size on site. A two-stage production process is preferably used, where first the known manufacturing or forming process (e.g. glass melt) is carried out in such a way that micropores are created, these are then expanded in a vacuum and gradually heated up with wave fields (HF / microwave, electric arc, etc.) to the theoretical minimum wall thickness.
