Abstract
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine längenverstellbare Pleuelstange (6.1, 6.2, 6.3) für einen Verbrennungsmotor (1) mit einem ersten (17.1, 17.2, 17.3) und einem zweiten Pleuelteil (18.1, 18.2, 18.3), die gegeneinander bewegbar sind, um die Länge der Pleuelstange (6.1, 6.2, 6.3) zu verstellen, und mittels mindestens einer Zylinder-Kolben-Einheit (20.1, 20.2, 20.3) verstellbar sind. Die Zylinder-Kolben-Einheit (20.1, 20.2, 20.3) umfasst mindestens eine Zylinderbohrung (33.1, 34.1), einen in der Zylinderbohrung (33.1, 34.1) längst bewegbar angeordneten Verstellkolben (21.1), eine Kolbenstange (28.1) und mindestens einen in der Zylinderbohrung (33.1) vorgesehenen ersten Druckraum (40.1) zur Aufnahme von Motoröl, der einseitig von einer Stirnseite (24.19 des bewegbaren Verstellkolbens (21.1) begrenzt ist. Des Weiteren ist ein hydraulisches Schaltelement (57.1) zum Schalten von Zu- und Ablauf des Motoröls in bzw. aus dem Druckraum (40.1) vorgesehen. Die vorliegende Erfindung stellt eine längenverstellbare Pleuelstange (6.1, 6.2, 6.3) bereit, die in stark begrenztem Bauraum eingesetzt werden kann und die benötigte hohe Lebensdauer aufweist. Hierzu ist der Verstellkolben (21.1) abgesetzt und weist mindestens zwei weitere Stirnflächen (25.1, 26.1, 27.1) auf, sodass mindestens zwei weitere Druckräume (41.1, 42.1, 43.1) ausgebildet sind.
