Abstract

Um in einer Fertigungsanlage für die taktweise Fertigung von Bauteilen (Tk) von verschiedenen Typen (k) den Anlagendurchsatz zu erhöhen und gleichzeitig das Deadlockrisiko niedrig zu halten, wird erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, dass in jedem Takt (t) überprüft wird, ob die Anzahl der in allen Bearbeitungsstationen (j) und in allen Puffern (P(i, k)) aller Bearbeitungslinien (1i) vorhandenen Bauteile (Tk) kleiner ist als die Anzahl der verfügbaren Speicherplätze in allen Puffern (P(i, k)) aller Bearbeitungslinien (1i) und in diesem Fall in zumindest einer der Bearbeitungslinien (1i) die Bearbeitung eines Bauteils (Tk) veranlasst wird
