Klöppelspulvorrichtung.
Der Gegenstand der Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Klöppelspulvorrichtung, welche den Zweck verfolgt, den Faden in einfachster Weise auf den Klöppel aufzuwickeln.
Die Vorrichtung ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt, und zwar zeigt Fig. 1 eine Ansicht derselben, Fig. 2 eine Ausführungsform in Ansicht und Fig. 3 einen Einzelteil.
Fig. 4 zeigt eine Ansicht der Ausführungsform gemäss Fig. 2 in einer besonderen He- festigungsweise an dem Arme einer Nähmaschine und Fig. 5 ist eine Seitenansicht der Fig. 4.
Wesentlich besteht die Vorrichtung aus einer Schraubenzwinge i, welche an einem besonderen Arbeitstische angeschraubt wird, sobald der Klöppel k zwecks Aufwindens des Fadens von einer besonderen Kraftquelle (Riemen- oder Seilscheibe R) in Drehung versetzt werden soll. Die Schraubenzwinge i besitzt in diesem Falle einen nach aufwärts verlängerten Arm i, in welchem eine Spindel a lose gelagert ist und auf dessen Zapfen die abzuwindende Spule u aufgesteckt wird. Der nach innen gekehrte Kopf der Spindel a entspricht dem Klöppetkopfe, dessen anderes Ende auf einer Schraube s lagert, die mit einer an der Schraubenzwinge i mittels Schraube t befestigten Feder f verbunden ist.
Die Feder f besitzt einen Schlitz j", um die Entfernung der Lagerschraube s von dem Spindelkopfe a der verwendeten Klöppellänge entsprechend regeln zu können.
Die Schraubenzwinge kann auch an den Arbeitstisch b einer Nähmaschine angeschraubt werden (Fig. 2). In diesem Falle lagert das eine Ende des Klöppels in der Schraube s, das andere oder Kopfende in dem Rande einer Hülse h, welche auf die bekannte Aufspulspindel l der Nähmaschine aufgesteckt wird, die mittels des Reibungsrädcheus g von dem Nähmaschinenrade n aus in Drehung versetzt wird.

The subject matter of the invention relates to a bobbin winding device which has the purpose of winding the thread onto the bobbin in the simplest possible way.
