Abstract
Es wird eine Vorrichtung zur Integration der thermischen Nutzung von Sonnenenergie in Dächer beschrieben ohne dass eine dachtypische Erscheinung beschädigt wird. Dabei wird ein handeslüblicher von einem Medium durchflossener Absorber mit Profilen ausgerüstet auf die Eindeckung formschlüssig fixiert werden. Die Eindeckung, die die äußere Form herkömmlicher Eindeckung besitzen haben vorteilsweise normal auf die Absorberoberfläche eine erhöhte Transparenz und erscheinen vom Boden aus gesehen in der Farbe der übrigen Eindeckung.It describes a device for integrating the thermal utilization of solar energy in roofs without damaging a roof-typical appearance. [0002] Stand der Technik bei der thermischen Nutzung der Sonnenenergie sind Indach- und Aufdachkollektoren. Aber es existieren auch Lösungen wie in Patent Specification GB 1530980(A) Solar heating Shingle Roof, oder den darauf aufbauenden GB2484518 (A) Solar collector System comprising overlapping collector panels forming a roof structure und GB 2407634 (A) Solar Thermal Tile beschrieben, bei denen hydraulisch verbundene Dachziegel zum Einsatz kommen. Auch Lösungen mit integriertem Wärmerohr wie EP2230362 (A2) Cover Element sind bekannt. Hier wäre bei entsprechender Farbgebung eine angepasste Lösung möglich wenn auch mit erheblichem Aufwand. Konträr zu dieser Variante wären auch Lösungen möglich die transparente Dachziegel nutzen wie in JPS58145637 (A) offen gelegt. NL2004553 C zeigt eine Lösung bei der die Abdeckung am Randprofil befestigt ist. US 2011000152 legt eine Zick-Zack Oberfläche offen, wodurch ein Eindringen der Sonnenstrahlung auf bestimmte Winkel beschränkt ist um die Eindeckung bei Betrachtung vom Boden aus nicht als Solaranlage erscheinen zu lassen. Eine leichte Eindeckung 1 aus Kunststoff besitzt verbiegbare Klammern 5 womit sie auf Schienen mit einem T ähnlichen Profil 4 befestigt werden können. Fig. 2 zeigt die Integration in einen Dachaufbau, wobei ein Rahmen 6 vorteilhafterweise bestehend aus einem flexiblen Material eine unerwünschte Querdurchströmung des Kollektors verhindert, indem zwischen der Eindeckung und der Auflage am Dach gedichtet wird. Weitere Rahmen 9 führen dem Absorber 2 aufsteigende Warmluft zu.
