Abstract
Ein Kurzschlussrotor (1) besitzt ein Rotorpaket (2), in demgeschrägte oder achsparallele Nuten (4), in die Kupferstäbe (3)eingesetzt sind, vorgesehen sind. An die Kupferstäbe (3) sindStreusegmentstege (5) angeformt, die zur Außenfläche (7) desRotorpaketes (2) ragen. Die Kupferstäbe (3) sind gegenüber denInnenflächen (9) der Nuten (4) isoliert und an diesen überachsparallele Rippen (8) abgestützt. Die über die seitlichenStirnflächen (12) des Rotorpaketes (2) vorstehenden Enden derKupferstäbe (3), die abwechselnd Kerben (11) aufweisen, sind aufbeiden Seiten des Rotorpaketes (2) mit angegossenenKurzschlussringen (20) aus Aluminium elektrisch leitendverbunden. In einzelnen Nuten (4) sind aus dem WerkstoffAluminium der Kurzschlussringe (20) bestehende und mit denKurzschlussringen (20) einstückig ausgebildete Stäbe (15)vorgesehen. Die Aluminiumstäbe (15) sind mit gleichenWinkelabständen, insbesondere 90°, voneinander angeordnet.A short-circuit rotor (1) has a rotor core (2) in which are provided slanted or axially parallel grooves (4) in which copper rods (3) are inserted.
