Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein V erfahren zum Dosieren von Kunststoffschmelze in einem Plastifizier- und Einspritzaggregat (1) einer Spritzgießmaschine, wobei es folgende Schritte umfasst: a) Dosieren einer ersten Schmelzemenge durch Drehen einer Plastifizier- und Einspritzschnecke (3) durch einen Drehantrieb ( 4) und translatorischem Bewegen der Plastifizier- und Einspritzschnecke (3) durch einen Verschiebeantrieb (5), wobei eine vorgegebene Schneckendrehzahl (n) mittels des Drehantriebs ( 4) und ein vorgegebener Staudruck (p) in der Schmelze durch den Verschiebeantrieb ( 5) gemäß einem vorgegebenen Profil gefahren werden; b) Bei Erreichen eines Umschaltpunkts (U) in Form einer definierten axialen Position der Plastifizier- und Einspritzschnecke (3): Dosieren emer zweiten Schmelzemenge durch Drehen der Plastifizier- und Einspritzschnecke (3) durch den Drehantrieb (4) und translatorischem Bewegen der Plastifizier- und Einspritzschnecke (3) durch den Verschiebeantrieb (5), wobei nunmehr eine gemäß einem vorgegebenen Profil definierte axiale Verschiebegeschwindigkeit (v) der Plastifizier- und Einspritzschnecke (3) mittels des Verschiebeantriebs ( 5) bis zu einer definierten Endposition (E) gefahren wird und wobei ein gemäß einem vorgegebenen Profil vorgegebener Staudruck (p) in der Schmelze durch den Drehantrieb ( 4) gefahren wird.The invention relates to a method for metering plastic melt in a plasticizing and injection unit (1) of an injection molding machine, comprising the following steps: a) metering a first quantity of melt by rotating a plasticizing and injection screw (3) by a rotary drive (4) and translational movement of the plasticizing and injection screw (3) by a displacement drive (5), wherein a predetermined screw speed (s) by means of the rotary drive (4) and a predetermined back pressure (p) in the melt by the displacement drive (5) according to a predetermined Profile to be driven; b) Upon reaching a switching point (U) in the form of a defined axial position of the plasticizing and injection screw (3): Dosing a second amount of melt by turning the plasticizing and injection screw (3) by the rotary drive (4) and translational movement of the plasticizing and injection screw (3) by the displacement drive (5), wherein now defined according to a predetermined profile axial displacement speed (v) of the plasticizing and injection screw (3) by means of the displacement drive (5) to a defined end position (E) is driven and wherein a predefined according to a predetermined profile back pressure (p) in the melt by the rotary drive (4) is driven.
