Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Entfernen von tierischem Kot, umfassend ein Rahmenteil (1) samt Kotsack (2) sowie ein Griffteil (3) mit einem Festhalte- bzw. Auswurfmechanismus mit einem Auslöser, wobei das Rahmenteil (1) in das Griffteil (3) einführbar und in einer Position durch den Festhalte- bzw. Auswurfmechanismus fixierbar sowie durch Betätigung des Auslösers entkoppelbar und ausstoßbar ist. A device for removing animal feces, comprising a frame part (1) together with Kotsack (2) and a handle part (3) with a Festhalte- or ejection mechanism with a trigger, wherein the frame part (1) insertable into the grip part (3) and fixable in a position by the holding or ejecting mechanism and decoupled and ejectible by actuation of the trigger, characterized in that the trigger as a manually operable trigger lever (4) on the handle part (3) is formed and the frame part (1) has a groove (8), in which the trigger lever (4) with inserted frame part (1) engages directly and thereby locks, so that the frame part (1) in the handle part (3) is fixed.

Apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the holding or ejection mechanism comprises a spring-loaded ejector pin (5) which is biased after insertion of the frame part (1) in the handle part (3) and upon actuation of the release lever ( 4) ejects the frame part (1) from the handle part (3).

3. Apparatus according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that in the grip part (3) a plastic plate (6) is provided, which biases the release lever (4), whereby the release lever (4) in the groove (8) in the handle part (3) inserted frame part (1) engages.

4. Device according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the frame part (1) has a lip (7), which is smooth, serrated, square or triangular.

5. The device according to claim 4, characterized in that the lip (7) obliquely to one side of the release lever (4) on the handle part (3) out, so that removal of animal feces can be done by a pulling movement.

6. Device according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the grip part (3) made of plastic, metal or precious metal.
