Beschreibungdescription
Tiled stoves generate radiant heat, which is perceived by people to be very pleasant and are therefore often used for heating rooms, especially living spaces. As fuel, wood is predominantly used, whereby even in modern combustion systems, the air is contaminated with pollutants.
It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a tiled stove that works pollutant-free. This object is achieved by a tiled stove with the features of claim 1. Advantageous embodiments of the invention are set forth in the subclaims.
The present invention is based on the idea to implement the radiant heat generated by the sun in radiant heat of a tiled stove. This is realized by a tiled stove having a container made of ceramic, marble, stone or glass, or a container wall made of another suitable material, e.g. Metal, which is covered at least on its outside with ceramic, marble, stone or glass, wherein the container defines an interior, which is provided with a phase change material, e.g. Paraffin, filled. A heat exchanger passes through the phase change material, wherein the heat exchanger and at least one solar collector are arranged in a circuit of a heat transfer material, which is heated in the solar collector and the heat exchanger can be fed. The heat exchanger is expediently designed as a register.
In order to control the flow of the heat transfer material to the heat exchanger, it is expedient to arrange a pump in the heat transfer material circuit.
The operation of the tiled stove according to the invention is based, in at least one solar panel by sunlight, the heat transfer material, e.g. Water or oil, to heat and lead through lines of the heat transfer material circuit through the heat exchanger and thereby transfer the heat of the heat transfer material to the phase change material in the container. The heat thus stored in the phase change material is emitted via the surface of ceramic, marble, stone, glass of the container as radiant heat to the room in which the stove is.
In order to operate the stove even when no sunlight is present, at least one heat source is provided in a development of the invention, which is switchable into the heat transfer material circuit. The heat source is preferably designed as an electric radiator, but can be connected to tiled stove, kitchen stove with a heater or to the home spa.
So that the operation of the tiled stove without solar radiation takes place as little as possible energy flow through the solar panels, it is advantageous if the at least one solar panel from the heat transfer material circuit is wegschaltbar. For the connection and disconnection, a bypass line and at least one valve are preferably provided.
In a further embodiment of the tiled stove according to the invention, a thermally conductive substance is arranged on the inner wall of the container, e.g. Copper, wherein the thermally conductive substance is thermally insulated by a heat insulating layer with respect to the interior, which is filled with the phase change material and the heat exchanger passes through both the thermally conductive substance and filled with the phase change material interior.
The invention will now be explained in more detail by means of embodiments with reference to the drawings. In the drawings: FIG. 1 shows a schematic representation of a first embodiment of a tiled stove according to the invention; FIG. and FIG. 2 shows a schematic illustration of a second embodiment of a tiled stove according to the invention.
Referring first to Fig. 1, a first embodiment of a tiled stove according to the invention will now be explained. The tiled stove comprises a container 1, which consists of ceramic, marble, stone or glass, or which has a container wall of a suitable material, which is covered on the outside with ceramic, marble, stone or glass. The container 1 is in its container interior with a phase change material 2, z. As paraffin filled. In the container 1 there is a heat exchanger 7, which passes through the phase change material 2, wherein the heat exchanger 7 and at least one solar collector 3 are arranged in a circuit 11 of a heat transfer material 10 which is heated in the solar collector 3 and the heat exchanger 7 can be fed. The heat exchanger 7 is expediently designed as a register.
In the solar collector 3, the heat transfer material 10, e.g. Water or oil, heated to 70 ° - 90 ° C and pumped via lines 14 to a pump 5 and through the heat exchanger 7. In this case, the phase change material 2 is liquefied and the heat of the heat transfer material 10 is transferred to the phase change material 2. The heat stored in the phase change material 2 is released through the surface of ceramic, marble, stone, glass of the container 1 as radiant heat to the room.
If there is no solar radiation, then the heat transfer material 10 can be connected to the heat source 4, which is connected between the pump 5 and the heat exchanger 7 in the heat transfer material circuit 11, e.g. designed as Einschraubheizkörper, electrically heated and the heat exchanger 7 are supplied. For this purpose, the lines 13, 14 from or to the solar collector 3 by means of three-way valve 6 is suitably separated from the circuit 11 and instead the heat transfer material 10 is guided through the bypass line 12. Instead of a Einschraubheizkörpers also another heating means can be used. Conceivable is a tiled stove or kitchen stove with a heating insert that heats the heat transfer material 10, or the house, district heating, etc.
This solar tile stove works in principle as a conventional stove, which is heated with wood. In contrast to the conventional, wood-fired tiled stoves, however, the heat is generated by highly efficient solar panels 3, which provide the heat transfer material 10 at a temperature of typically 70 ° C - 90 ° C, whereby on the heat exchanger 7, the ceramic shell of the tiled stove For example, 60 ° C can be heated and at the same time the phase change material 2 is liquefied and stores heat energy. After completion of the solar irradiation, the phase change material 2 is heated over a period of e.g. The heat was removed for eight hours and radiated to the room via the ceramic surface of the container 1. The energy release conditions should reach or be close to those known and available in tiled stoves.
It can be realized for example for the living area according to the invention solar tiled stoves with about 3.5 m2 tile surface, which are suitable for heating of 100 to 150 m3 large rooms. The tiled stove according to the invention can be offered and delivered with all the necessary components as a finished module.
DerWärme- 2/5Now, a second embodiment of the solar tile stove according to the invention will be described with reference to FIG. This embodiment differs from the embodiment shown in Fig. 1 in that a thermally conductive substance 8 is disposed on the inner wall 1b of the container 1, e.g. Copper. The thermally conductive substance 8 is thermally insulated from the interior 1a of the container 1 by a highly effective thermal insulating layer 9, which is coated with the phase change material 2, e.g. Paraffin, filled. The heat 2/5
