Babytragetuch

Sling
The invention relates to a sling for infants, toddlers and the like.
Baby slings have long been used in many countries for the transport and supervision of infants and toddlers. They allow the child a close body contact, which has a positive effect on mental development. For the person carrying the cloth, apart from the fact that he has more affection for his child, he also has many practical advantages. The supervision of the child is greatly facilitated, since incidental work can be carried out incidentally. It also represents an alternative means of transport, for example to strollers.
The classic slings have a great length of 3m or more. The child and the wearer are enveloped by the fabric which is knotted at their ends.
The handling of the classic slings is relatively complicated. While there is a comprehensive tying guide to each baby sling and courses that teach the right techniques for tying, many women do not use their baby sling because they do not feel confident in tying. Only if the tissues are really tight and properly bound, the safety of the baby is guaranteed and it can not lead to malpractice. Before that, many mothers are scared and therefore generally refrain from using the classic baby carrier. Even with such a sling, which has not been suitably looped for the child, malpositions occur. If the knot is tied too loosely, there is also the danger that it will rise and thereby cause the baby to fall down and be injured.
If hanging from the knot long fabric ends down, you can also hang or stumble. Sometimes the child sits on the knot, which then painfully presses. Likewise, a knot may be perceived as uncomfortable by the wearer. In addition, the long fabric is heavy, and when not in use, the sling takes up a lot of space. Essentially the same drawbacks has a sling, which consists of an approximately 2m long fabric whose ends are lashed with two rings.
In addition, there are carrying aids, which consist of an elastic material which is folded longitudinally into a double-fabric web, which is sewn at the ends into a loop. However, infants drop over the hip of the wearer over time and are then difficult to wear. Due to the thick, heavy material, wearing it at high temperatures is uncomfortable or even impossible, as the baby / newborn may be suffering from a heat build-up.
The object of the invention is to provide an easy-to-use sling that allows high safety and a baby or toddler adapted reclined or sitting position a high level of comfort for both the child and the person wearing without previously tied consuming and knotted to have to. This is achieved according to the invention with the sling characterized in claim 1. In the subclaims advantageous embodiments of the invention are shown.
According to the invention, the sling consists of a fabric of a non-elastic fabric with a length of 100 to 160 cm, in particular 120 cm to 150 cm and a width of 40 to 60 cm, in particular about 50 cm, which at their ends to a loop sewn.
A non-elastic tissue is to be understood as meaning a tissue which has a maximum extensibility of 10%, in particular 5%, in the longitudinal direction of the material web. The sling is preferably one-piece, i. It consists of only one fabric layer.
The fabric for the inventive sling preferably consists of substantially non-elastic natural fibers, such as cotton, hemp or linen, silk or the like. The fabric of the sling according to the invention preferably has a twill weave or another firm yet elastic binding. Preferably, it is a cross-cut tissue.
While the width of the fabric can be standardized with, for example, 50 cm, the length of the fabric is adapted to the size of the person to be worn.
The inventive sling is hard-wearing and boil-proof. Since it is not elastic, it gives a baby, especially his back a secure grip. Further advantages of the sling according to the invention are that it has no knot, does not need to be bound, fits perfectly, since it can be made in different sizes, and is easy to carry, both by the ease of use and by the lightness of the fabric , In addition, the baby can be quickly put in - and taken out again, as the tedious previous node and proper placement of the baby carrier is eliminated. Also, the inventive sling barely needs space, so it can be taken anywhere with and the load-bearing person is not burdened by excessive material.
The ends of the panel are preferably sewn to a loop with a multiple seam, with at least three, preferably four parallel single seams. The distance between the individual seams from each other is preferably at least 5mm, in particular learning about.
Thus, the ends of the fabric are not only securely sewn together, but the sling remains sufficiently flexible in the transverse seam, so that the comfort is not affected by the seam, so in particular no pressure points in the baby or the person to be worn occur.
The longitudinal sides of the sling preferably have no selvedge, but are preferably lined because of the durability.
The inventive sling can be worn in all major styles of wear.
So the cloth can be folded so that it only has half the width. It can then be worn with the upper portion of the loop around a shoulder of the wearer
Person and from there with the one front strand over the chest and the back strand of the loop over the back of the person wearing to the lower portion of the loop on, the hip of the person wearing on the opposite side of the shoulder.
In the middle section between the upper and the lower section, a trough is formed in which the baby can be placed.
This method of wearing is particularly suitable for newborns and very small babies up to a certain size.
According to another method of support, the cloth, without folding it, both with its front and with its rear run approximately in the middle about its longitudinal axis by about 180 ° are rotated, and then with the upper portion of the shoulder the person wearing it and with the lower section on the hip on the side opposite the shoulder.
In this case, on the chest of the person carrying out the training of the front run, and between this recess and the lower portion of the loop a trough in which the baby or toddler can sit, with a free head, so that they perceive the environment well can.
At the same time, the child can rest with one hand and one leg on the back and with his other hand and his other leg on the chest of the wearer, in such a way that it sits at the same time on the hip of the person wearing it.
After again another method of wear two inventive slings can be used. The two slings are not folded together lengthwise.
The two slings are placed crosswise. That the one sling is placed with its upper portion on the one shoulder of the wearer and extends from there with the back strand along the back and with the front strand across the chest to the lower portion at the opposite hip, while the other sling with his is placed on the other shoulder so that it extends from there over the back or the chest to the lower section at the other hip.
The baby or child can then sit in the two crossing baby slings. That one child's foot may then hang down on one side and the other on the other side out of one sling, while the child's head is in the middle above the two crossing slings on the wearer's chest arranged, that is essentially free, so that the child can perceive the environment. The baby can be placed with the head forward or backward.
Of course, the above-described carrying method can also be carried out so that the child is carried on the back of the person wearing it.
Although the inventive sling is intended primarily for infants and toddlers, but it is also suitable for example for animals, especially pets the size of a baby. The invention is explained in more detail by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawing. In each case schematically show:
Figure 1 is a perspective view of an embodiment of the sling; and
2a and 2b, 3a and 3b and 4a and 4b each show a different manner of carrying the baby carrier, namely according to Figure 2a and 2b is a view of the person wearing from the front with hidden or partially visible baby, Figure 3a and 3b is a view of the supporting Person from the front or back and Figure 4a and 4b is a view of the person wearing the front or with baby.
According to Figure 1, the sling 1 is formed of a fabric 2, which is sewn at its ends to form a loop.
The fabric 2 has a width B of about 50 cm. The fabric 2, so the circumference of the loop, has a length L of preferably about 120 to 150 cm. The fabric 2 may for example consist of cotton and have a cross-twill weave. The extensibility of the fabric in the longitudinal direction of the fabric is preferably at most 5%.
The seam 3 is a quadruple seam, ie it consists of four parallel individual seams 4, which extend transversely over the fabric web 2 and have a distance of about 1 cm from each other. On its longitudinal sides 5, 6, the loop is lined. The sling 1 can be worn in different ways.
In the case of the carrying method according to FIGS. 2a and 2b, the cloth 1 is folded lengthwise in the middle so that it only has half the width. It is then placed with the upper portion 7 of the loop around a shoulder 8 of the wearer 10 and extends from there to the front run 9 over the chest and his back run over the back to the lower portion 11 of the loop at the waist 12 of the wearing person on the shoulder 8 opposite side.
In the central portion 13 between the upper portion 7 and the lower portion 11 of the loop thereby a trough is formed in the run 9, in which the baby 14 is located.
In particular, according to FIG. 2 a, a newborn baby 14 can be completely covered by the sling 1 or, according to FIG. 2 b, only partially.
According to the method of carrying according to FIGS. 3a and 3b, the front strand 9 and the rear strand are rotated approximately in the middle about their longitudinal axis by approximately 180 [deg.], And then with the upper section 7 onto the shoulder 8 of the person wearing them 10 and with the lower portion 11 to the hip 12 on the shoulder 8 opposite side to be placed.
Here, on the chest and on the back of the person wearing the recess 15 of the front run 9 or 15 'on the back, between the recess 15 and the lower portion 11 is formed a trough in which the baby or toddler 14 can sit , with a free head, so that it can perceive the environment well. At the same time, it can be supported with one hand 15 and one leg 17 on the back and with the other hand 16 and the other leg 18 on the chest of the wearer 10.
In the support of Figure 4a and 4b two slings 1, 1 'are used.
The two slings 1, 1 'are created crosswise. That the one sling 1 'is placed with its upper portion 7' on the one shoulder 8 'and extends from there with the one strand on the back and with the other strand 9 "on the chest to the lower portion 11' on the opposite hip 12th ', while the other sling 1 is placed with its upper portion 7 on the other shoulder 8, so that it extends from there via the back or the chest to the lower portion 11 of the loop at the other hip 12.
The baby or toddler 14 can then according to Figure 4b sitting in the two crossing baby slings 1, 1 '. That one foot 17 of the child 11 hangs down on one side and the other foot 18 on the other side out of one or the other sling 1, 1 ', while the head 19 of the child is in the middle above the front run 9 , 9 "of the two intersecting slings 1, 1 'arranged on the chest of the person 10, that is substantially free.
