Abstract

Um bei einem Rolladenkasten ein sehr geringes Gewicht zu erzielen, sodaß er auch von Hand versetzt werden kann und trotzdem eine bessere Wärmedämmung, eine bessere Baubiologie, sowie eine bessere Verarbeitung zu erreichen, wird bei einem Leichtstoffrolladenkasten ein Gemisch (b) aus PU-Schaum mit Kork oder PU-Schaum mit Blähglaskugeln (c) bzw. ein PU-Schaum-Kern mit einer Korkauskleidung in einer Schalung (a) verwendet, was zu einem erheblich geringeren Gewicht und zu einer besseren Wärmedämmung führt.
