. . . . . i
::
Fig. 1 ein Blockschloss für eine (nur ausschnittsweise dargestellte) Kipplaufwaffe in der geöffneten Stellung im Schnitt;
Fig. 2 zeigt den Verschlussblock 6 im Detail.
Anstelle der gezeigten Keilwirkung könnte in einer vereinfachten Variante der Sicherungsschieber in seiner ersten Stellung auch in seiner Schieberichtung über die Aufschlagköpfe 9 vorstehen, d.h. diese überlappen;

EUROPEAN PATENT AND TRADEMAR ATTORNEY
A-1130 WBEN HIETZINGER MAIN ROAD 4
01748 STEYR MANNLICHER Holding GmbH A-2700 Wiener Neustadt (AT)
The present invention relates to a closure block for a Kipplaufwaffe, with at least one therein axially displaceable firing pin having on its back a striking head for the impact of a hammer and on its front a firing tip for igniting a cartridge, and a block lock with such a closure block.
A closure block of this type is known, for example, from EP 0 855 569 or EP 0 862 038.
To secure block locks against unintentional deployment, numerous systems are already known, e.g. Catching hooks for the striking pieces, holding devices for the tension springs, etc., which are disengaged to unlock the weapon.
The known safety systems require on the one hand an increased effort in the trigger mechanism, on the other hand, there is a risk that solve the hooks and holding devices again in very strong shocks of the weapon, a very dangerous situation.
The invention has for its object to provide a security system for a tipper gun with block closure, which is simpler, störungsunanfälliger and much safer than the known constructions.
This goal is achieved with a closure block of the type mentioned, which is
TEL .: (+43 1) 879 17 06 <> FAX: (+43 1) 879 17 07 <> EMAIL: MAIL@PATENTE.NET <> WEB: WWW.PATENTE.NET FIRST BANK: 038-56704 BLZ: 20111 IBAN: ATI 02011100003856704 <> BIC: GIBAATWW <> VAT: AT U 53832900 _. according to the invention characterized in that it is guided transversely displaceable between a first position in which it protrudes in the impact area of the hammer over the impact head of the firing pin, and a second position in which it is withdrawn from the impingement of the striking piece.
The invention proposes for the first time a novel security concept which acts directly in the closure block, i. directly in the impact area of the striking pieces and thus at the end of the entire trigger chain of the trigger mechanism.
This can be prevented in a particularly störungsunanfällige and very safe way unintentional ignition of the cartridge, even if all upstream fuses fail. The security concept of the invention is therefore also particularly suitable for combination with conventional fuses as a "double" or "last" backup.
The safety slide may overlap the impact head of the firing pin; It is particularly advantageous, however, if according to a further feature of the invention, the safety slide for each hammer a spacer head has, which is located in said first position immediately adjacent to the firing pin and further protrudes in the axial direction of the firing pin as its impact head.
As a result, the risk of unintentional contact of the impact head by Materialelastizitäts- and bending effects when striking the striking pieces safely prevented: The Ab. ,
, , , , , i
, ... .... .. m. The m m of the safety slide is a solid spacer between the knocked-out impact piece and the firing pin.
A particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the safety slide is guided in a schlagstückseitigen recess of the closure block, which is at least partially closed by a cover, wherein the cover plate has recesses for the passage of the impact head and the spacer head.
This allows a simple, substantially einstükkige manufacture of the closure block, and the cover plate can be used simultaneously for mounting the ignition pins and the safety slide.
Preferably, the safety slide is biased by a spring in the direction of the first position, whereby the safety can be further increased.
In any case, it is particularly advantageous if the safety slide has a ramp for a control rod to its displacement.
Thereby, the safety slide can be controlled from a remote location, for example, from a control element on the piston neck of the shaft, which moves the safety slide on the control rod.
In a further aspect, the invention also provides a block lock for a Kipplaufwaffe with a closure block of the inventive type and a Basküle with at least ei
::
nem striking piece that strikes the tee in the first position of the safety slide on the safety slide or its spacer head and in the second position of the safety slide on the impact head of the firing pin.
The invention will be explained in more detail with reference to an embodiment shown in the accompanying drawings.
In the drawings shows
Figure 1 is a block lock for a (only partially shown) Kipplaufwaffe in the open position in section.
Figure 2 shows the closure block of the invention in a exploded perspective view. and FIGS. 3 and 4 show the interaction of the closure block with the impact elements of the base element in two schematic side views, once in the secured position (FIG. 3) and once in the unlocked position (FIG. 4).
In Fig. 1, a Kipplaufwaffe 1 is shown in fragmentary form, and only in the area of their (here: open) block lock. The block lock comprises a base 2 and a pair of glasses 4 hinged thereto at 3 for receiving two runs 5 and a closure block 6, which is guided transversely displaceable on the glasses 4, as known in the art.
Fig. 2 shows the closure block 6 in detail.
The locking block 6 contains two axially displaceably guided ignition pins 7. Each firing pin 7 has on its back an impact head 9 for each a hammer 11 on ¯
3 and 4) guided in guides 13 (FIG. 1) of the base 2 and biased to tee as known to those skilled in the art. On its front side, each firing pin 7 has a firing tip 14 for firing a cartridge (not shown) in the cartridge bearing areas 15 of the barrels 5.
The ignition pins 7 are guided in stepped holes 16 of the closure block 6 and in each case by a compression spring 17 which is supported between a shoulder of the bore 16 and a shoulder of the firing pin 7, biased in the direction of the striking pieces 11 out.
The ignition pins 7 are held by a cover plate 18, which is inserted into a cutout 19 of the closure block 6 and fixed there by means of a screw 20. The impact heads 9 of the ignition pins 7 pass through recesses 21 of the cover plate 18th
In the cutout 19 of the closure block 6, a securing slide 22 is guided displaceably transversely to the direction of movement of the ignition pins 7 under the cover plate 18. The safety slide 22 has two spacer retaining heads 23, which pass through recesses 24 of the cover plate 18 and protrude beyond the plane of the impact heads 9 of the ignition pins 7 when they are in the impact area of the striking pieces 11.
Figs. 3 and 4 show this in detail.
In the secured position of the weapon shown in FIG. 3, the safety slide 22 is in its first, upper position, in which its distance holding heads 23 protrude into the impact area of the striking pieces 11 and these in the chipped or. , , 9 [iota]
.4 ... ..... .9-
Straddle position of the impact heads 9 of the ignition pins 7 safely spaced.
The spacer heads 23 are interposed or clamped in the manner of a wedge between the striking pieces 11 and the closure block 6.
In the unlocked position of the weapon shown in Fig. 4, the safety slide 22 is in its second, lower position, in which its Abstandhalteköpfe 23 are removed from the impact area of the striking pieces 11, so that they can strike unimpeded on the impact heads 9 of the ignition pins 7.
In a simplified variant, instead of the wedging action shown, the safety slide could project in its first position also in its sliding direction over the impact heads 9, i. these overlap;
more favorable, however, is the illustrated embodiment, in which the safety slide is located next to the igniter pins and protrudes in the axial direction to avoid any risk of contact of the impact heads.
According to Fig. 2, the safety slide 22 is biased by a (schematically shown) compression spring 25 in the direction of its first, secured position.
The compression spring 25 is supported on the one hand on a side wall 26 of the cutout 19 and on the other hand on the underside of the safety slide 22 and is partially received in a recess 27 of the cutout 19.
The closure block 6 is further equipped with lateral control pins 28 which cooperate in a known manner with corresponding slotted guides in the base 2 to slide when tilting the glasses 4 down to the open position shown in FIG. 1, in which the cartridge chamber 25 accessible and emptied by means of a cartridge extractor 26 and can be reloaded.
Fig. 4 shows the mechanism for operating the safety slide 22 in detail.
An actuating slide 29 mounted on the base element 2 or the housing of the weapon (not shown) controls via a guide surface 30 a lever 31, which is articulated at 32 to the base element 2 and formed at its other lever arm into a control rod 33. The control rod 33 presses on a ramp 34 (Fig. 2) of the safety slide 22 to move it against the force of the spring 25 down to its unlocked position when the actuating slide 29 is pushed forward.
The invention is not limited to the illustrated embodiments, but includes all variants and modifications that fall within the scope of the appended claims.
