The invention relates to a cutting unit for a combine harvester with a one pan of a rear wall, two side walls and serving as a cutting table bottom frame which is fastened on the one hand by means of couplings releasably on the combine harvester and on the other hand on a trolley.
In principle, it is known, in particular, to transport wider cutting units for combine harvesters on transport carriages to the field to be harvested. The cutting units are mechanically fastened by bolts or straps on the trolley, which means that the driver has to make a cumbersome and time-consuming backup of the cutting unit on the trolley by hand.
This is extremely cumbersome, especially with large cutters and associated with a considerable work and therefore time.
Based on such a prior art, the present invention seeks to provide a cutting unit for a combine harvester of the type described, which can be fastened quickly and safely on a trolley in a simple manner, without having to take long set-up times in purchasing.
The invention achieves this object by virtue of the fact that the couplings for fastening the frame to the combine harvester are assigned at least one actuating drive which cooperates with a locking device provided on the frame for locking the frame on the transport carriage,
that the locking
FOLLOW-UP device is released when the combine is coupled to the frame and locked when the combine harvester is uncoupled.
With the invention, a cumbersome manual securing the cutting unit by means of bolts or straps on the trolley can be avoided, since the lock, which in particular to ensure safe transport of the cutting unit on the road, is automatically released during coupling of the combine to the cutting unit, so that the Cutter from the combine can be lifted and used immediately after coupling of the trolley.
To park the cutting unit on the trolley, the cutting unit only in the predetermined position on the trolley, optionally by providing guides on the trolley, discontinued and the cutting unit be disconnected from the combine, after which uncoupled combine with the invention, an automatic locking of the cutting unit on the trolley is ensured.
Simple design results arise when the actuator comprises a switch actuated by the coupled combine and a switch mechanically, electrically or hydraulically operable by the switch.
This switch can od, for example, alone by the start of the combine harvester to the cutting unit, by pressing the couplings for attachment of the frame on the combine od. Like. Be activated.
A simple and fail-safe construction variant of the invention results when the actuator a Bowden cable listened to which is connected at one end to the switch actuated by the combine and the other end to the, preferably designed as a control cylinder, bolt. For this purpose, the switch is mechanically actuated when starting the combine harvester to the cutting unit and opens the bar via the Bowden cable or closes the bolt when driving away the combine from the cutting unit.
In the drawing, the invention is illustrated schematically using an exemplary embodiment.

In order to create a sabot 1, which can be anchored quickly and easily on the trolley 8, the clutches 6 for attachment of the frame 5 on the M + harder 7 at least one actuator 9 is assigned
which cooperates with a locking device 10 provided on the frame 5 for locking the frame 5 on the transporting carriage 8 in such a manner that the locking device 10 is released, coupled to the frame 5 coupled combine harvester (FIGS. 3 and 4) and uncoupled combine harvester (FIG and 2) is locked.
The actuating drive 9 comprises a switch actuated by the coupled combine harvester in the form of a spring-loaded rocker 11 and a bar 12 which can be actuated mechanically by the switch and which is designed as a spring-loaded positioner, st.
In addition, the actuator 9 includes a Bowden cable 13 which engages at one end on the W.ppe 11 and the other end on the bolt 12.
With the invention, an automatic locking and unlocking of the cutting unit 1 of a combine harvester 7 on the trolley 8 is guaranteed, the automatic locking process is such that on the rear wall 3, two rearwardly projecting rockers 11 are attached to the spring-loaded Bowden cables 13 and the bars 12 cooperate so that the bars are 12 be, moved to the cutting unit 1 approached combine 7.
