Derartige Vorrichtungen sind zwar schon in vielen Ausführungsformen bekannt, aber trotzdem noch immer verbesserungsbedüftig, weil entweder beim   Nachspannen   des Dichtungsringes an der Trennungsstelle geringe Öffnungen nicht vollständig vermieden werden   können   oder weil die Herstellung der Vorrichtung   umständli'h   und deshalb kostspielig ist. Diese Nachstellvorrichtungen haben den Nachteil, dass beim Zusammenziehen des Dichtungsringes dessen Enden sich   übereinander     schieben, wodurch sich   an dieser Stelle eine Öffnung zwischen der Dichtungsfläche und dem Umfange der   Achse bildet.

   Schon   die kleinste Öffnung aber ermöglicht den Eintritt von Staub und Flugsand.
