EMI2.1

EMI2.1
At the beginning and end of the cable, an unequal or even cm oppositely directed current surge generates electromotive forces in the secondary windings that add up in relation to the relays or at least generate a resulting current as a result of their inequality, whereby the relays respond.
Fig. 2 shows another circuit which follows on from that of patent specification No. 206388 and in which a current surge occurs in the secondary circuit due to current surges in the same direction, but the relays, respectively the tripping coils of the switches between such points m and des Auxiliary cable h lie, which have approximately the same potential in the event of a primary current surge of the same direction and size. Thus, the protected route is not switched off in a healthy state, but probably in the event of an error, with the primary current surges in the two ends of the protected power supply unit different, respectively. are oppositely directed.
