Heating burner combined with a cooking burner for iron or other purposes.
The invention relates to a gas cooker in which an iron or other heating burner is combined with the cooker burner and essentially consists in that
EMI1.1
one or the other burner can be quickly turned into the position of use. The burner heads of the two different burners can lie vertically one above the other or also at right and acute angles to one another, so that when one or the other burner is moved into the position of use, in the first case a rotation by 180 and in the second case a rotation only by 900 or less is required.
The axis of rotation of the burner is arranged in relation to the gas supply nozzle in such a way that the inlet end of the Breunorrobres is always in the correct position in front of the gas supply nozzle for the burner rotated in the position of use. However, a special nozzle can also be arranged for each burner in such a way that when the burners are changed over, the nozzles upstream of the gas supply channel are also changed over. For this purpose, the nozzles at a z. B. arranged rotatable with the burner axis of rotation and tightly slidably held by a spring disc.
The nozzle intended for the iron or other heating burner is given a smaller or larger bore than the nozzle for the cooking burner, so that when the cooking burner is moved into the position of use a larger amount of gas and, as required, a smaller amount of gas when the iron or other heating burner is moved into the position of use Mixing tube is fed without having to move the open gas tap.
In the drawing, a gas cooker with the subject matter of the invention is shown, for example, wherein the burners can be arranged both horizontally and vertically.
The iron heating burner b is combined with the cooking burner a, and both burners, which form a whole, are provided with a pin c at their two front ends.
By means of these pins, the burners are rotatably mounted in the cooker, so that either the burner a (FIG. 1) or the burner b can be brought into the cooker plate opening by corresponding rotation. The union of the two burners a and b is effected according to FIGS. 1 and 2 in such a way that the burner heads are perpendicular to one another
EMI1.2
to stand by each other.
In the former case, as indicated by the arrows in FIG. 2, a turn through 1800 is required to move the burner, in the latter case, as indicated by the arrows in FIG. 3, a turn through 900 is required. The axis of rotation c of the burner a, b is to
The gas supply nozzle d (FIG. 1) is mounted at such a height that the gas and air inlet end of the burner tube which has been transferred to the point of use is in the correct position
Position in front of nozzle d. The torch can be rotated in any way. In Fig. 1, for example, the one pin c is bent to a crank, by means of which the rotation can easily be effected. Any locking device can be used to secure the burner in the given position.
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
In order to achieve a larger gas supply for the cooker and a smaller gas supply for the hot iron burner without resetting the Gashabnes, a disk f rotatable with it can also be arranged on the pin c located at the gas inlet end (Fig. 4), which is connected to one of the Entrance end of the burner a opposite nozzle d with a z. B. the width of the Gnszuft1hrungskanales (J corresponding hole and with a nozzle e opposite the inlet end of the burner 9, the Auführungskanal g is provided opposite a smaller hole.
The disk f is drawn to the inner surface of the stove frame by a spring h so that it slides tightly on the surface when it rotates during the rotation of the burner and thus gas cannot escape from the channel g between the sliding surfaces.
EMI2.1
The bore of the latter is exactly in front of the gas supply channel g and thus, with the gas tap open, a sufficiently large amount of gas is passed through the nozzle d into the burner a. If the burner b is moved into the position of use, the nozzle e is in front of the gas supply channel g and it is now due to the
EMI2.2
to have to postpone.
The disk f could, however, instead of the axis c, be rotatable by itself and provided with more than two nozzles with bores of different widths in order to be able to regulate the gas supply by adjusting the corresponding nozzle in front of the gas supply channel.
