  Winkelhebel für Unterbrecher zur Zündung von Explosionskraftmaschinen. 



   Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Winkelhebel für Unterbrecher, wie sie in Verbindung mit magnetelektrischen Zündmaschinen zur Zündung von Explosionskraftmaschinen verwendet werden. Solche Unterbrecherhebel müssen in ausserordentlich schneller Aufeinanderfolge kurze Schwenkungen ausführen, um genau im gewollten Zeitpunkt die Elektroden des Unterbrecherkontaktes zu trennen und wieder zusammenfallen zu lassen. Zu diesem Zwecke ist es erwünscht, dass einesseits die Masse des Hebels auf ein Mindestmass beschränkt werde, andererseits der Hebel möglichst starr sei. 



   Die Erfindung besteht darin, dass der Hebel aus einem zweimal winklig umgebogenen entsprechend geformten Blechstück derart hergestellt wird, dass er in seiner ganzen Länge einen L-förmigen Querschnitt erhält. 



   In der Zeichnung ist Fig. 1 eine Ansicht des zur Herstellung des   Modelles   dienenden ausgestanzten Blechstücke. Fig. 2 ist eine Ansicht desselben   Blechstücke,   nachdem es in einer Richtung rechtwinklig umgebogen worden ist, und Fig. 3 eine Ansicht des fertigen Hebels. 



   Das flache, gemäss Fig. 1 ausgestanzte Blechstück wird zunächst längs der punktierten Linie a-a rechtwinklig umgebogen und dann noch einmal an der Stelle des Ausschnittes   11,   so dass die beiden Lappen   l   miteinander zur Deckung kommen, wie Fig. 3 zeigt. Die beiden Lappen werden alsdann miteinander vernietet, so dass der   Hebe) dadurch   ein   zusammenhängendes   starres System mit L-förmigem Querschnitt wird.

   The invention relates to an angle lever for interrupter, as used in connection with magneto-electric ignition machines for igniting explosion engines. Such interrupter levers have to perform short swings in extremely rapid succession in order to separate the electrodes of the interrupter contact and allow them to collapse again precisely at the desired point in time. For this purpose it is desirable that on the one hand the mass of the lever be limited to a minimum, on the other hand the lever should be as rigid as possible.



   The invention consists in that the lever is manufactured from a correspondingly shaped sheet metal piece bent twice at an angle in such a way that it has an L-shaped cross section over its entire length.



   In the drawing, FIG. 1 is a view of the punched-out sheet metal piece used to produce the model. Fig. 2 is a view of the same piece of sheet metal after it has been bent at right angles in one direction, and Fig. 3 is a view of the finished lever.



   The flat sheet metal piece punched out according to FIG. 1 is first bent over at right angles along the dotted line a-a and then again at the location of the cutout 11 so that the two tabs l come into congruence with one another, as FIG. 3 shows. The two tabs are then riveted to one another so that the lift becomes a coherent, rigid system with an L-shaped cross-section.
