Method for drawing stucco profiles.
The invention relates to a process for the production of stucco work, which consists in applying a putty-like mass that only sets after processing, such as a proni stencil, which is provided with a device for holding the stucco mass and is suitable for absorbing this mass is already known, is being painted over the surface to be decorated.
This putty, which is pushed by the counter-holding device and due to its toughness in front of the template, can be pulled into protiles in one go, which means a great saving in time and material. In addition to these savings, various other advantages are achieved with this new process. The leadership of the template can, for. B. be very simple, because it does not have to be calculated on skinty pulling through, but the protile is completed in one go. The work itself can be produced with the greatest possible accuracy, because no already set materials hinder the movement of the template during handling and the prototype produced in this way corresponds exactly to the guide.
The putty must adhere everywhere, must not set during processing and must be permanent after hardening. A suitable Mn.-ise is obtained e.g. B. by heating resin in linseed oil and adding a thin gelatin solution with chrome alum and so much chalk that the mass obtained looks like soft ion. This mass can be kept in stock, but it is then advisable to pour water onto the finished quantity and protect it from light.
Before processing, you mix a part of plaster and? Two parts of the above compilation, stir both thoroughly and thus obtain the ready-to-use putty, which has the above-mentioned properties necessary for the new process.
The shaping by drawing with profile templates is already known per se. With the known method, however, the necessary stucco mask must always be applied
EMI1.1
it is known to push putty-like mass through a nozzle and then to bring it onto the surface in order to create all sorts of decorations.
But the shape given by a nozzle, because the pressure on the mass and the speed of the nozzle can never be kept completely the same, and because the mass must be applied in a too soft consistency, can produce a Prutil as evenly as when it is drawn , never deliver.
EMI1.2
Profiles are significantly facilitated and improved by the fact that the putty is only pressed against the surface in front of the profile template, so that the unuuntteibar following template continuously glides through the compound and the finished protii immediately emerges clean and unchanged, even on surfaces where the profiles follow hang down.
The way in which the new method is carried out is shown in the drawing. A dio means counter-holding device, & the protilschabtoue under the hand-

It should also be noted that the counter-holding device with the actual template does not consist of one piece, but that the latter is set up for replacement, so that templates of different profiles can be attached to the one counter-holding device. In the case of extensive profiles, it is advisable to apply the profile in rough form beforehand.
