Vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf jene Möbelstücke, vorzugsweise Stühle. Bänke, Tische, deren Tisch- bezw. Sitzplatte, mit dem einen der scherenartig verbundenen Beinpaare zusammengelenkt ist und auf einer, das andere Beinpaar verbindenden Tragstange im Gebrauchszustande aufliegt. Das Wesen der Erfindung ist darin gelegen, dass zum Feststellen der Möbel in aufgeklappter oder zusammengelegter Stellung ein und dieselbe Vorrichtung dient ; letztere besteht aus einem zweimal entgegengesetzt gekrümmten, federnden Greifer, der mit einem Ketten-
