Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Greiferkopf zum Eintragen von Rosshaarschuss für Webstühle mit Hakennadel und Klemmfedel.
Gegenüber solchen bereits bekannten Greifervorrichtungen wird bei der Vorrichtung nach der Erfindung die vor dem Eindringen der Hakennadel in das Rosshaarbündel von dem Haken der Nadel zurückgezogene flache Klemmfeder unmittelbar nach dem Eintritt der Nadel ins Bündel wieder zurückgeführt, so dass die Greifervorrichtung sich schliesst, während die Hakennadel noch im Innern des Bündels sich befindet.
Durch die neue Vorrichtung werden aus dem Rosshaarbündel einzelne Haare herausgeholt, ohne dass dabei ein Druck auf das Rosshaarbündel ausgeübt wird.
Fig. 1 zeigt den Greiferkopf in geschlossener Stellung, Fig. 2 denselben in geöffneter Stellung, Fig. 3 in wieder geschlossener Stellung. Fig. 4 zeigt eine andere Ausführungsform des Greiferkopfes, Fig. 5 die Anordnung im Webstuhl, in kleinerem Massstab gezeichnet.
Am Kopfende der Eintragstange a ist eine mit dem Haken b1 versehene Stahlnadel b befestigt. Der Stab a ist mit einer Längsnut versehen, in welcher der Schieber c geführt wird. Am Ende des Schiebers c ist eine Blattfeder d festgeschraubt, deren Ende sich in den Haken b1 der Nadel b einlegt und durch die Spiralfeder i in dieser Stellung gehalten wird. Am anderen Ende des Stabes ist der Schieber c durch den Zugdraht e mit einem in y gelagerten Abzugshebel f verbunden.
Kurz vor Eintritt der Hakennadel b in das Haarbündei a : streift der Abzugshebel f an den Daumen k (Fig. 1 und 2). Dadurch wird der Schieber c mit der Klemmfeder d zurückgehalten, während der Haken b1 zunächst allein in das Haarbündel eindringt (Fig. 2). Sobald der Abzugs- hebel j'über den Daumen k hinweggestrichen ist, wird durch die Spiralfeder i der Schieber c mit der Blattfeder d nachgeschoben (Fig. 3), so dass das Haar durch die Feder d in dem Haken Im Haarbündel festgeklemmt werden kann, ohne vorher die Greifervorrichtung an das Haarbündel anpressen zu müssen.
In der Ausführungsform nach Fig. 4 ist die Klemmfeder d an einer Hülse c befestigt. Die
Hülse c dient hier als Träger für die Blattfeder und wird mit letzterer vor dem Haarbündel in gleicher Weise zurückgehalten wie der Schieber c nach Fig. 1 bis 3.

Hebel ei ist am Nadelträger bei e drehbar gelagert. Das Zurückziehen der Hülse geschieht nun dadurch, dass kurz vor Eintritt der Hakennadel in das Rosshaarbündel der Abzugshebel f den Daumen k iriSt. Der Hebel el wird dadurch am Weitergehen verhindert und hält gleichzeitig die Hülse c mit der Klemmfeder etwas zurück. Die Hülse wird durch die Spiralfeder i wieder nachgeschoben, sobald der Abzugshebel/von dem Daumen k frei geworden ist. Zwischen dem Häkchen bu und der Klemmfeder d hat sich dann ein Haar festgeklemmt und dieses wird beim Rückgang des Greiferkopfes in das Gewebefach eingetragen.
Am Ende des Rückganges des Greiferkopfes drückt ein Abstreichstelleisen gegen den Schenkel f1 des in g gelagerten Abzugshebels f, wodurch das erfasste Haar wieder freigelassen wird.

The present invention relates to a gripper head for inserting horsehair weft for looms with a hook needle and a spring clip.
Compared to such already known gripper devices, in the device according to the invention the flat clamping spring withdrawn from the hook of the needle before the penetration of the hook needle into the horsehair bundle is returned immediately after the needle enters the bundle, so that the gripper device closes while the hook needle is still inside the bundle.
With the new device, individual hairs are extracted from the horsehair bundle without any pressure being exerted on the horsehair bundle.
Fig. 1 shows the gripper head in the closed position, Fig. 2 the same in the open position, Fig. 3 in the closed position again. Fig. 4 shows another embodiment of the gripper head, Fig. 5 shows the arrangement in the loom, drawn on a smaller scale.
A steel needle b provided with a hook b1 is attached to the head end of the entry rod a. The rod a is provided with a longitudinal groove in which the slide c is guided. At the end of the slide c a leaf spring d is screwed, the end of which is inserted into the hook b1 of the needle b and is held in this position by the spiral spring i. At the other end of the rod, the slide c is connected by the pull wire e to a trigger lever f mounted in y.
Shortly before the hook needle b enters the bundle of hair a: the trigger f touches the thumb k (Fig. 1 and 2). As a result, the slide c is held back with the clamping spring d, while the hook b1 initially penetrates the hair bundle by itself (FIG. 2). As soon as the trigger j 'is swept over the thumb k, the slide c with the leaf spring d is pushed by the spiral spring i (Fig. 3), so that the hair can be clamped in the hair bundle by the spring d in the hook, without first having to press the gripper device onto the hair bundle.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 4, the clamping spring d is attached to a sleeve c. The
Sleeve c serves here as a carrier for the leaf spring and is held back with the latter in front of the hair bundle in the same way as the slide c according to FIGS. 1 to 3.
