  Kurbeleinrichtung für Explosionskraftmaschinen. 



   Bei Explosionskraftmaschinen muss häufig der Kolben untersucht werden. Ist dabei die Kurbel aus zwei schwungradartigen Scheiben hergestellt, so ist es jedesmal notwendig, den Zylinder abzunehmen, einen bedeutenden Teil der Maschine zu zerlegen und nach erfolgter Durchsicht oder Ausbesserung des Kolbens oder der Kolbenringe alles wieder genau zusammenzustellen. Diese Arbeit ist insbesondere bei landwirtschaftlichen Maschinen mit vielen Umständen, Geldauslagen und unangenehmem Zeitverluste verbunden. Um dem Übelstande abzuhelfen, werden nach der Erfindung an den Kurbelscheiben an den einander zugekehrten Innenseiten offene zylindrische Ausnehmungen vorgesehen, die derart bemessen sind, dass man den   Kolben in diese Ausnehmungen hineinziehen   kann.

   Verdreht man darauf die Kurbelscheiben ein wenig gegenüber dem Zylinder, so kann man den Kolben ganz   herausnehmen   und wiederum einsetzen, ohne die Maschine zerlegen zu müssen, ausgenommen

Diese dazu erforderliche Drehung des Zapfens kann bei dieser Einrichtung nie mehr als 90  betragen, da die Ausnchmungen 5, 5 und 6, 6 schon wegen des Ausbalanzierens symmetrisch verteilt sind.

   Ebenso leicht ist   dann   wiederum das Einsetzen des Kolbens, das ohne Zerlegung der Maschinebewerkstelligtwerdenkann.
