Anstrichmasse Zement mengte. (D. R. Patentschrift Nr. 93350.)

Paint cement mixed. (D. R. Patent Specification No. 93350.) This only protects those places on the friction surface against moisture where the cement appears, but where the ignition components appear on the surface, they are naturally unprotected; at these points the moisture can also penetrate the documents.
It arises

masses, a base mass and a friction mass used, one of which consists exclusively of cement, gypsum or some other binding substance. while the other contains only components which cause flammability and adhesion.
EMI1.4
This creates two complete surfaces, one of which is completely filled with the cement and the other with the friction compound. Therefore not even the smallest fraction of each of the two surfaces can fail to have its effect.
Ultimately, the use of the base compound, which is extremely inexpensive to produce, not only achieves excellent binding of the friction compound, but also ensures that the friction compound is applied in an extremely thin layer and therefore the amount of expensive inflammatory chemicals can be greatly reduced.

60 parts of glue are dissolved in 250 parts of lukewarm water. Then, in a finely powdered, dry state, 60 parts of cement, 60 parts of gypsum, 50 parts of pipe clay, 5 parts of cork flour and 10 parts of iron mines are intimately mixed.
This mixture is in the glue solution,

stirred in, whereupon the mass obtained was ground well in a wet mill (mass mill) and then coldly spread onto the bare wooden surface of the box in a known manner and

this base mass can be applied.
As a box paint for this base material, a mixture of 100 parts of water, 18 parts of 33 / g percent rubber solution, 26 parts of amorphous phosphorus, 1 part fine has proven to be the most suitable. powdered cork, 10 parts of rye flour and 10 parts of iron mint existing mixture which is stirred in, ground and also processed cold when cold.
They are applied to the matrix in a known manner.
But it can also be any box paint previously in use
