Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum künstlichen Einführen von Nahrung zum Zwecke des Mästens von Geflügel oder der künstlichen Ernährung. Es sind bereits derartige Vorrichtungen bekannt geworden, welche darin bestehen, dass das Futter aus

Vorliegende Erfindung besteht darin, dass der das Futter aufnehmende Vorratsbehälter derart unter dem Druck der Luft oder einer Flüssigkeit gehalten wird, dass das Futter aus dem Behälter mittels einer absperrbaren Leitung nach Belieben zum Ausfluss gebracht worden kann.
Die Zeichnung zeigt ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Apparates. Derselbe besteht aus einem luftdicht zu verschliessenden Gefäss. 1, welches zur Aufnahme des Futtermittels, wie
Futterbrei, Mais und dgl. dient, das durch eine mittels Schraube 2 verschliessbare Öffnung eingebracht wird. Ein vorn Gefäss abzweigendes Rohrstück 3 dient zum Anschluss einer
Luftpumpe und enthält ein Rückschlagventil, während ein Rohrstück 4 ein von einem
Schlauchstück 5 gebildetes oder ein anderes Sicherheitsventil trägt. Vom Gefäss zweigt ein Schlauch 6 ab, an dem ein entsprechend langes Mundstück 7 befestigt ist. Dieses
Mundstück ist mit einem Absperrorgan 8 versehen und am vorderen Ende mit einer kantenlosen Wulst 9 ausgestattet.
Die Luft wird mittels einer Pumpe in den Behälter 1 gepumpt und das Mundstück 7 in den Hals des Tieres eingeführt, worauf durch Öffnen des Hahnes 8 das Einpressen des Futters bewerkstelligt wird.
Der Luftdruck im Behälter kann statt durch eine Pumpe, durch Benützung von
Druckwasser, z. B. der Druckwasserleitung in Städten oder durch Druckakkumulatoren erzeugt worden. Iliebei ist es zweckmässig, das Wasser in einem mit dem Gefäss 1 in
Verbindung stehenden Windkessel zur Wirkung kommen zu lassen, so dass man durch vorzeitiges Absperren den Druck regeln kann. Es ist aber auch möglich, das Wasser im
Gefäss 1 selbst zur Wirkung kommen zu lassen. Um aber sodann eine Mischung der Luft oder des Wassers mit dem Futter zu verhindern und bei gröberen Fntterarten, z. B.
Mais, Reis und dgl. ein Dichthalten zu erzielen, empfiehlt sich die Anordnung einer am
Futter aufliegenden und die Seitenwände des Gefässes berührenden, manschettenartigen
Dichtung 10. Bei Anwendung dieser Dichtung wird ein dichtschliessender Deckel angewendet.
Mit einmaligem Aufpumpen des Gefässes kann eine Anzahl Masttiere in kürzester Zeit gestopft werden, was nicht nur wegen Schonung der Mastware, sondern auch wegen Zeit- ersparnis und Bequemlichkeit sehr vorteilhaft ist.
