   Der in der Figur mit 1 bezeichnete dreilappige Teil 3, 4, 5 wird mit den Lappen 5 nach unten auf dem Schambein angebracht Das am Lappen 4 befestigte Band 8 wird um die Lende   gegürtet und mittels   eines Knöpfchens auf dem Lappen 3 befestigt. Das Schenkelband 9 wird an dem Knopf des Lappens 5 angeknöpft. 



   Der Teil 2 liegt oberhalb des Schambeines auf dem Bauch und deckt die Bruchpforte. Zur Festlegung des Teiles   2   dient das Band 11.
