Bei den bisher im Gebrauch befindlichen Etagen-Spann-und Trockenmaschinen sind die Kettenführungsbahnen der seitlichen Abdeckungswände ganz oder teilweise in den eigentlichen Trockenraum der Maschine eingebaut, und bilden die aus der Abdeckung hervorstehenden Teile Ablagerungsplätze für Staub-und Flugwolle und somit eine ständige Gefahr des Beschmutzens der Ware, indem diese Schmutzteile, sobald sie sich in genügender Menge angesammelt haben, durch die bewegte Luft iosgerissen und auf die Ware geworfen werden.
Mus macht sich infolgedessen ein öfteres Reinigen des Maschineninneren nötig, will man diesem Übelstande vorbeugen.
Die innere Reinigung ist aber sehr lästig und zeitraubend, weshalb sie seitens der bedienende Arbeiter in den meisten Fällen über die Gebühr hinausgeschoben wird, wenn nicht gar überhaupt unterbleibt.
Diese Übelstände werden durch den Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung vollständig beseitigt, indem die Kettenführungsbahnen a a, wie aus der Zeichnung ersichtlich, ausserhalb der seitlichen Abdeckungswände b b angeordnet sind, letztere also auf der inneren Seite durchaus frei und glatt sind, also keine Ablageplätze für Staub und Flugwolle etc. bilden.
