The invention relates to a plate-shaped component of a provided with a reinforcement concrete body.
In the case of components which are used, for example, as any type of cover plates, ceilings, walls, in particular also as finished parts, the concrete usually absorbs the compressive forces and the reinforcement absorbs the tensile forces in the body. The concrete also fixes the position of the reinforcement in the body, which is naturally always arranged in the stressed body parts of the body. Reinforcement usually mild steel wires, wire mesh, various fabrics, mats and the like. Used, the reinforcement is usually fixed before pouring concrete in the mold consuming in their position or inserted after pouring concrete into the mold or in the concrete got to. If high-strength plate-shaped components are to be created, multiple layers of reinforcements are always arranged one above the other, which are kept at a distance from each other when pouring concrete.
Such known components consist according to AT 331 473 B of sheets with a substantially flat base and with these integrally formed reinforcements, wherein at least the reinforcements are cast in concrete. In order to be able to absorb high shear forces, the reinforcements integrally formed by webs on the sheets consist of tubular reinforcing parts which have surface deformations, such as dents and / or bulges. Although these components are well resilient in the longitudinal direction of the reinforcements, but can hardly absorb forces transverse to the longitudinal direction, since in this direction hardly any or no reinforcement is provided.
The invention is therefore based on the object to provide a plate-shaped component of the type described, which avoids the aforementioned disadvantages and which satisfies high strength requirements with a production quality that is as constant as possible at a rapid and cost-effective production possibility.
The invention solves this problem in that the reinforcement consists of a grid with substantially upright lattice webs. The grid must be cut or produced only to the desired size, then placed in a mold and finally the mold and the grid are poured with concrete. Simpler conditions arise when the edge webs of the grid form a lost peripheral formwork for the concrete body. The grid can then be placed without a mold on a formwork floor, after which the chambers between the grid bars within the edge webs are pour out with concrete. In any case, a plate-shaped component can be manufactured easily and quickly and meets the highest strength requirements, without having to pay attention during or before each casting that the reinforcement was properly positioned. For example, a conventional grate with a width of 59 cm that has not been poured with concrete has been approved for a load of 1.44 kN. The same grate has a breaking load of more than 35 kN when cast in 4 cm of concrete. Components according to the invention can be used for any type of heavy-duty covers or of panels, such as prefabricated parts, walls, retaining walls and as a permanent formwork for walls, ceilings and the like .. Instead of reinforcement required on both sides, a grid may also be provided per component side. At the same time it is possible to use the grid as a carrier for the components to be integrated in the component (such as cable reel, cables and the like.) And for attachment of any structures, attachments (consoles) of any kind. When concrete is to ensure that its aggregate is matched to the mesh size of the grid. Another important advantage of the invention is that the cracks occurring in cases of local overloading are limited to the respective areas between the grid bars, since the cracks leak at the grid bars and do not spread over the entire component.
If the reinforcement does not extend over the entire thickness of the component, but the component nevertheless can be manufactured easily and quickly, it is proposed that the edge be
