Die Erfindung betrifft einen Montagehaken von im wesentlichen U-förmiger Gestalt mit einem Montageschenkel, einem freien Schenkel, der in Bezug auf den Montageschenkel verstellbar ist, und einem Verbindungssteg.
Insbesondere zur Wandmontage geeignete Montagehaken, beispielsweise für Regalbretter oder zum Aufhängen diverser Gegenstände, sind bereits seit langem bekannt.
Aus der DE 20 61 367 A und der DE 42 35 998 A1 sind Vorrichtungen zum Halten von Dachrinnen bekannt, die einen winkelverstellbaren Schenkel aufweisen. Dieser Schenkel ist jedoch, einer Dachrinne angepasst, gebogen ausgeführt und die Vorrichtungen sind nicht geeignet, um damit regalartige Ablagen zu schaffen. Die US 3 096 062 A und die US 4 949 924 A zeigen Haltevorrichtungen mit längsverstellbaren Schenkeln, die jedoch ebenfalls nicht geeignet sind, einer schrägen Wand, wie sie beispielsweise bei Dachbodenausbauten vorkommt, angepasst zu werden.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, einen vielseitig verwendbaren Montagehaken (Multifunktionshaken) zu schaffen.
Die erfindungsgemässe Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, dass der Montageschenkel und der freie Schenkel als gerade Schenkel ausgeführt und über den ebenfalls geraden, in Montagelage im wesentlichen horizontal liegenden Verbindungssteg miteinander verbunden sind, wobei der Winkel zwischen mindestens einem der Schenkel und dem Verbindungssteg verstellbar ist und die Enden der Schenkel eine Auflagefläche, vorzugsweise zur Abstützung eines Brettes od. dgl., aufweisen.
Ein derartiger Montagehaken ist beispielsweise bei Dachausbauten vorteilhaft einsetzbar.
Durch die Verstellbarkeit eines der Schenkel ist der Montagehaken an jede Neidung einer Wand anpassbar.
Die üblichen Montagehaken haben L-förmige Gestalt, wobei ein Schenkel an der Wand befestigt wird und der andere Schenkel zur Aufnahme eines Regalbrettes oder eines anderen Gegenstandes dient. Es ist bereits auch bekannt, am freien Ende des L-Schenkels einen kleinen Fortsatz nach oben zu machen, sodass eine annähernd U-förmige Gestalt erreicht wird. Allerdings sind dort die beiden Schenkel nicht gleich lang, sodass keine Möglichkeit besteht, auf die Oberseiten der beiden Schenkel ein ebenes Brett, beispielsweise zum Aufbau eines Regals, aufzulegen.
Nach einem erfindungsgemässen Merkmal, dass der Montageschenkel an seinem freien Ende einen Auflageblock mit einer Auflagefläche für ein Brett od. dgl. aufweist, wobei sich die Auflagefläche des Auflageblockes auf annähernd gleicher Höhe wie eine Auflagefläche des freien Schenkels befindet, besteht die Möglichkeit, an den freien Enden der beiden Schenkel bzw. des Auflageblockes jeweils eine horizontale Auflagefläche auszubilden, die in einer gemeinsamen gedachten Ebene liegen. Auf diese Auflageflächen kann man dann ebene, horizontale Regalbretter oder dergleichen satt auflegen. Dabei ist es natürlich auch möglich, zwei nebeneinander, beispielsweise wandmontierte Montagehaken vorzusehen, die auf derselben Höhe montiert sind, sodass das Brett links und rechts aufliegen kann.
Gemäss einem weiteren Aspekt der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass einer der beiden Schenkel einen nach oben offenen rohrförmigen Hohlraum aufweist, der vorzugsweise zylindrisch ist und unten geschlossen, verjüngt oder stufenförmig im Durchmesser reduziert ist. In diesen rohrförmigen Hohlraum kann man insbesondere eine Stange oder dergleichen einsetzen. Damit ist es möglich, ausgehend vom Montagehaken, ein Montagesystem weiter nach oben zu bauen, beispielsweise als Halterung für diverse Aufnahmekörbe, als Garderobe oder dergleichen. Auch ist es möglich, dass das auf die freien Enden der Schenkel aufgelegte Brett durch eine das Brett durchdringende oder in das Brett eindringende Stange gegen Verrutschen gesichert ist. Damit ergibt sich eine insgesamt sehr stabile und einfache Regalkonstruktion.
Wenn die Stange nach oben weitergebaut wird, ist es insbesondere möglich, auf diese eine Hülse als Abstandhalter zu einem weiteren Bauelement aufzuschieben. Die eingeschobene Stange ist vorzugsweise von zylindrischer Gestalt und hat einen Aussendurchmesser, der im wesentlichen dem zylindrischen Hohlraum des Montagehakens entspricht, um ein nahezu spielfreies Einsetzen zu ermöglichen. Dadurch, dass der Hohlraum unten geschlossen, verjüngt oder stufenförmig im Durchmesser reduziert ist, ist die Stange automatisch nach unten gesichert und liegt satt am Montagehaken an.
Gemäss einem weiteren Aspekt der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass der Montageschenkel und/oder der Verbindungssteg an der U-Aussenseite abgeflacht sind (ist), um eine stabile Auflage auf einer Ebne oder eine stabile Anlage an der Wand zu ermöglichen.

che hat den Vorteil, dass man auf diesen weitere Bauteile, beispielsweise einen Becherhalter oder einen Handtuchhalter aufschieben kann, wobei dieser Bauteil einen vorzugsweise ringförmigen Verbindungsabschnitt aufweist, der der Aussenflächenprofilierung des freien Schenkels entspricht.
Darüber hinaus ist es noch vorteilhaft möglich, dass der Verbindungssteg an seiner Unterseite eine Anschlusseinrichtung, vorzugsweise eine Gewinde- oder Bajonettverbindung, zum Anschluss von mindestens einem weiteren Bauteil aufweist. Diese Anschlusseinrichtung erlaubt es, vom Montagehaken aus nicht nur ein Brett aufzulegen oder von diesem nach oben zu bauen, sondern auch nach unten weitere tragende Bauteile anzuschliessen, beispielsweise eine eingeschraubte Stange, die dann weitere Gegenstände trägt. Die Anschlusseinrichtung ist deshalb vorteilhaft unterhalb der beiden Schenkel angeordnet.
Weitere Vorteile und Einzelheiten der Erfindung werden anhand der nachfolgenden Figurenbeschreibung näher erläutert.

Die Fig. 3 zeigt eine Seitenansicht eines Ausführungsbeispiel eines erfindungsgemässen Montagesystems mit einem erfindungsgemässen Montagehaken nach den Fig. 1 und 2.
Die Fig. 4 zeigt dieses Ausführungsbeispiel des Montagesystems wobei der Montagehaken teilweise im Schnitt gezeigt ist.
Die Fig. 5 und 6 zeigen die Montagemöglichkeit des erfindungsgemässen Montagehakens bzw. erfindungsgemässen Montagesystems an einer schrägen Wand.
Die Fig. 7 zeigt eine Seitenansicht eines weiteren Ausführungsbeispiels eines erfindungsgemässen Montagesystems teilweise im Schnitt.
Der in den Figuren der Zeichnungen dargestellte Montagehaken 1 weist einen zur Montage an einer Wand 22 geeigneten Montageschenkel 2 und einen freien Schenkel 3 auf, die über einen horizontalen Verbindungssteg 4 verbunden sind. Der Montageschenkel 2 weist eine abgeflachte, ebene Aussenseite 2a auf (Fig. 1), um eine satte Anlage an der Wand 22 zu ermöglichen. Er kann ausserdem Durchtrittsbohrungen für nicht dargestellte Montageschrauben aufweisen. Der Verbindungssteg 4 weist ebenfalls eine flache Aussenseite 4a auf (Fig. 2), die eine ebene Aufstandsfläche bildet, wenn der Montagehaken 1 statt zur Wandmontage als Sockel verwendet wird, der auf einer horizontalen Stützplatte aufliegt. Der freie Schenkel 3 weist im wesentlichen die Form eines Hohlzylinders auf.
Im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel ist der Montageschenkel 2 mit dem Verbindungssteg 4 über ein Gelenk 23 winkelverstellbar verbunden. Das Gelenk 23 besteht aus einer am Montageschenkel 2 ausgebildeten Schale 24 und einer am Verbindungssteg 4 ausgebildeten Schale 25. Beide Schalen 24,25 sind an ihrem freien Rand mit einer Verzahnung 26 versehen. Die beiden Schalen 24,25 und somit der Montageschenkel 2 und der Verbindungssteg 4 sind mittels einer Klemmschraube 27 verbunden. Wird die Klemmschraube 27, die in einem Muttergewinde 28 der Schale 25 lagert, gelockert, kann die Winkellage zwischen dem Montageschenkel 2 und dem Verbindungssteg 4 verändert werden. Nach dem Anziehen der Klemmschraube 27 bleiben der Montageschenkel 2 und der Verbindungssteg 4 in Bezug aufeinander fixiert und sind auf Grund der Verzahnungen 26 auch belastbar.
Um eine horizontale Auflage für ein Brett 10 od. dgl. zu schaffen und zwar unabhängig von der Winkellage des Montageschenkels 2, ist dieser mit einem Auflageblock 29 versehen. Dieser Aufl ageblock 29 weist eine Auflagefläche 30 für das Brett 10 auf.
Entweder es ist der Auflageblock 29 über eine Achse 31 am Montageschenkel 2 drehbar gelagert oder es kommen verschiedene Auflageblöcke 29 zum Einsatz, die wie in der Fig. 5 gezeigt, schräg zum Rand 32 des Montageschenkels 2 ausgerichtete Auflageflächen 30 aufweisen. Der Montageschenkel 2 ist beispielsweise als Rohr ausgebildet und die Auflageblöcke 29 sind in das Rohr eingeschoben. Durch die Auflageblöcke 29 kann die Auflagefläche 30 des abgewinkelten Montageschenkels 2 der Auflagefläche 6 des freien Schenkels 3 angepasst werden.
Auf den Schenkeln 2 und 3 ist ein Brett 10 abgestützt. An der Unterseite des Brettes 10 befindet sich ein Einsatz 21, um das Brett 10 rutschsicher am freien Schenkel 3 zu befestigen.
Gemäss einem weiteren Aspekt der Erfindung weist einer der beiden Schenkel, nämlich der freie Schenkel 3 einen oben offenen rohrförmigen Hohlraum 7 auf, der vorzugsweise zylindrisch ist

und unten geschlossen, verjüngt oder stufenförmig im Durchmesser reduziert ist.
Weiters weist der freie Schenkel 3 einen zylindrischen (oder in einem anderen Ausführungsbeispiel polygonal profilierten) Aussenflächenabschnitt 3a auf, der ein Aufschieben von Verbindungsabschnitten 16 weiterer Bauteile 15,19 ermöglicht. Unterhalb des zylindrischen Aussenflächenabschnittes 3a liegt ein im Durchmesser vergrösserter Absatz 8, der eine Anlagefläche, der aufgeschobene Verbindungsabschnitte weiterer Bauteile 15,19 bildet, wie dies noch näher erläutert werden wird.
Schliesslich weist der Montagehaken 1 unterhalb des freien Schenkels 3 im Verbindungssteg 4 an seiner Unterseite eine Anschlusseinrichtung 9 in Form eines Gewindes auf, um Einen weiteren Bauteil, beispielsweise eine Stange oder ein Rohr 17 anschliessen zu können.
Die Fig. 7 zeigt die Verwendung eines erfindungsgemässen Montagehakens 1 nach Fig. 1 bei der Montage an einer senkrechten Wand 22. Dabei ist auf die beiden gleich hohen Auflageflächen 6 der beiden Schenkel 2,3 des Montagehakens 1 ein waagrechtes Brett 10 aufgelegt. Der Montagehaken 1 selbst ist über Schrauben an der Wand 22 befestigt. Das Brett 10 ist mit einer Bohrung 10a versehen. Durch diese Bohrung 10a hindurchgeführt ist eine Stange 13, weiche satt in den Hohlraum 7 des freien Schenkels 3 von oben eingeführt ist. Diese Stange 13 sichert das Brett 10 gegen Verrutschen.
Die in den Hohlraum 7 des freien Schenkels 3 passend eingeschobene Stange 13 reicht beim dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel noch weit über das freie Ende des Schenkels 3 hinaus und bietet somit die Möglichkeit, nach oben ein weiteres Regalsystem oder anderes Möbelsystem weiterzubauen. Dazu kann eine aufgeschobene Hülse 14 als Abstandhalter dienen.
Bei dem in Fig. 7 dargestellten Montagesystem ist als weiterer Bauteil 15 ein Becherhalter mit einem Becher 19 vorgesehen, der einen ringförmigen Verbindungsabschnitt 16 aufweist, der auf den freien U-Schenkel 3 des Montagehakens 1 vor dem Auflegen des Brettes 10 aufgeschoben werden kann. Dieser Verbindungsabschnitt 16 liegt am Absatz 8 satt an.
An der Anschlusseinrichtung bzw. in dem Gewinde 9 ist unten am Montagehaken 1 eine Stange oder ein Rohr 17 lösbar befestigt. Auch hier kann das Montagesystem weitergebaut werden.
Im Ausführungsbeispiel nach der Fig. 4 ist der freie Schenkel 3 mittels eines Gewindes 34 in einem Sockel 35 höhenverstellbar gelagert.
PATENTANSPRÜCHE :

Montagehaken von im wesentlichen Uförmiger Gestalt mit einem Montageschenkel (2), einem freien Schenkel (3), der in Bezug auf den Montageschenkel verstellbar ist, und ei- nem Verbindungssteg (4), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Montageschenkel (2) und der freie Schenkel (3) als gerade Schenkel ausgeführt und über den ebenfalls geraden, in
Montagelage im wesentlichen horizontal liegenden Verbindungssteg (4) miteinander ver- bunden sind, wobei der Winkel zwischen mindestens einem der Schenkel (2,3) und dem
Verbindungssteg (4) verstellbar ist und die Enden der Schenkel (2,3) eine Auflagefläche (6,30), vorzugsweise zur Abstützung eines Brettes (10) od. dgl. aufweisen.

The mounting hook 1 shown in the figures of the drawings has a mounting leg 2 suitable for mounting on a wall 22 and a free leg 3, which are connected via a horizontal connecting web 4. The mounting leg 2 has a flattened, flat outer side 2a (FIG. 1) in order to allow a snug fit on the wall 22. It can also have through holes for mounting screws, not shown. The connecting web 4 also has a flat outer side 4a (FIG. 2) which forms a flat contact surface when the mounting hook 1 is used instead of for wall mounting as a base which rests on a horizontal support plate. The free leg 3 has essentially the shape of a hollow cylinder.
In the exemplary embodiment shown, the mounting leg 2 is connected to the connecting web 4 in an angle-adjustable manner via a joint 23. The joint 23 consists of a shell 24 formed on the mounting leg 2 and a shell 25 formed on the connecting web 4. Both shells 24, 25 are provided with teeth 26 on their free edge. The two shells 24, 25 and thus the mounting leg 2 and the connecting web 4 are connected by means of a clamping screw 27. If the clamping screw 27, which is in a nut thread 28 of the shell 25, is loosened, the angular position between the mounting leg 2 and the connecting web 4 can be changed. After tightening the clamping screw 27, the mounting leg 2 and the connecting web 4 remain fixed in relation to one another and can also be loaded due to the toothing 26.
In order to create a horizontal support for a board 10 or the like, regardless of the angular position of the mounting leg 2, the latter is provided with a support block 29. This support block 29 has a support surface 30 for the board 10.
Either the support block 29 is rotatably mounted on the mounting arm 2 via an axis 31, or different support blocks 29 are used which, as shown in FIG. 5, have support surfaces 30 oriented obliquely to the edge 32 of the mounting arm 2. The mounting leg 2 is designed, for example, as a tube and the support blocks 29 are inserted into the tube. By means of the support blocks 29, the support surface 30 of the angled mounting leg 2 of the support surface 6 of the free leg 3 can be adapted.
On the legs 2 and 3, a board 10 is supported. On the underside of the board 10 there is an insert 21 to secure the board 10 to the free leg 3 in a non-slip manner.

FIG. 7 shows the use of a mounting hook 1 according to the invention according to FIG. 1 for mounting on a vertical wall 22. A horizontal board 10 is placed on the two equally high contact surfaces 6 of the two legs 2, 3 of the mounting hook 1. The mounting hook 1 itself is fastened to the wall 22 by means of screws. The board 10 is provided with a bore 10a. A rod 13 is passed through this bore 10a and is inserted from above into the cavity 7 of the free leg 3. This rod 13 secures the board 10 against slipping.
The rod 13 inserted in the cavity 7 of the free leg 3 suitably extends far beyond the free end of the leg 3 in the illustrated embodiment and thus offers the possibility of further expanding a further shelving system or other furniture system. For this purpose, a sleeve 14 pushed on can serve as a spacer.
In the mounting system shown in FIG. 7, a cup holder with a cup 19 is provided as a further component 15, which has an annular connecting section 16 which can be pushed onto the free U-leg 3 of the mounting hook 1 before the board 10 is placed on it. This connecting section 16 is snug against the paragraph 8.
On the connection device or in the thread 9, a rod or a tube 17 is detachably fastened at the bottom of the mounting hook 1. The assembly system can also be built here.
In the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 4, the free leg 3 is supported in a height-adjustable manner by means of a thread 34 in a base 35.
