Uberstromkanal 9
<Desc/Clms Page number 2>

The present invention relates to a hot water tank according to the preamble of the independent claim.
Such a hot water tank has already become known from DE 4 301 723 C2. This hot water tank has two heating coils, the storage water being able to be heated to a first temperature by a solar energy source by means of the first heating coil arranged in the lower region of the tank, and the second one in The upper area of the storage heater is provided by a boiler for the final heating of the water to a final temperature. A heat exchanger heated by a burner is missing from the storage unit and the two heat exchanger heating coils after the lead are used to heat up the storage unit, while in the invention they are provided for removing heat from the storage unit. In addition, the hot water storage tank is only suitable for the production of process water or heating water.
If heating water or process water is to be additionally generated with the hot water tank according to the state of the art, a separate additional hot water tank is necessary for this.
The aim of the invention is to avoid this disadvantage and to propose a hot water tank of the type mentioned at the outset, which is also suitable for preparing heating water for a heating circuit with a radiator arrangement
According to the invention, this is achieved in a hot water tank of the type specified in the introduction by the characterizing features of the independent claim
The proposed measures make it possible in a simple manner to decouple heat from the hot water tank and thus prepare heating water. Operation of a heating circuit with the heat exchanger arranged in the hot water tank is possible in particular if only a flow temperature which is around is required for this a few K below the temperature of the hot water, usually at approx.
60 C.
With appropriate dimensioning, an inflow of cold water into the hot water tank due to a tap of domestic hot water has only a slight influence on the flow temperature of the heating circuit, especially if, as is usually the case, the taps are rather short.
The high level of functional integration results in the advantage of a low manufacturing outlay.
There is also the advantage that relatively high flow temperatures can also be achieved without the temperature of the hot water tank having to be increased significantly. This is due to the fact that the temperature of the rising water in the riser pipe can easily be raised considerably above the temperature of the remaining contents of the hot water tank, in particular if the heat exchanger arranged within the annular space is subjected to hot fuel gases.
The features of claim 2 result in the advantage of a favorable temperature distribution and utilization of the heat of the rising water.
Due to the features of claim 3, there is the possibility of the flow temperature of
Heating circuit can be kept largely constant in all operating conditions of the burner.
The features of claim 4 have the advantage of being able to vary the residence time of the rising water in the riser pipe and thus its residence time in the region of the additional heat exchanger. This can result in a very significant increase in the flow temperature, e.g. B. on
75 C can be reached, at such a temperature there is no risk of occurrence of
Boiling noise results
The invention will now be explained in more detail with reference to the drawing. 1 and 2 show two different exemplary embodiments of a hot water tank according to the invention.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 1 there is a hot water tank 1 inside
Heat exchanger 2 arranged, e.g. can be exposed to hot fuel gases.
This heat exchanger 2 is surrounded by an annular space 3 which is delimited by an outer wall 4, this wall 4 merging into a riser pipe 5. In this case, an annular inflow channel 8 or 1 remains between the lower edge of the outer wall 4 and the floor 6, or between the upper edge of the riser pipe 5 and the cover 7 of the hot water tank 1
Overcurrent channel 9
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
An adjustable throttle 10 is arranged in the uppermost region of the riser pipe 5, with which the cross section of the overflow duct 9 can be changed.
The hot water tank 1 is further provided with a domestic water line 11 leading away from its uppermost area and a cold water inlet 12 flowing into the bottom area of the tank 1.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 1, the outer wall 4 is surrounded by a heating water heat exchanger 13, which is connected to a return line 14, in which a circulation pump 15 is arranged, and to a flow line 16 via a three-way mixing valve 17 which are part of a heating circuit containing a radiator arrangement, not shown.
An additional heat exchanger 18, which is designed as a countercurrent heat exchanger, is also connected to this three-way mixing valve 17 via a connecting line 19, the additional heat exchanger 18 being connected to the heat exchanger 13 via a further connecting line 20.
The embodiment according to FIG. 2 differs from that according to FIG. 1 only in that the heat exchanger 131 is integrated in the outer wall 4 of the annular space 3
In addition, the additional heat exchanger 18 is on the one hand directly connected to the flow line 16.
In operation, the water in the annular space 3 is heated by the heat exchanger 2 and rises in the riser pipe 5 and passes through the overflow channel 9 into the remaining area of the hot water tank 1. At the same time, cool water flows from this area into the annular space 3 via the inflow channel 8 provided below. This creates a stratification of the water in the hot water tank
Heat can be extracted from the hot water tank 1 via the heat exchanger 13, and heating water can thereby be prepared. However, only a temperature that corresponds to the flow temperature can be reached, which is below the temperature of the contents of the hot water tank 1.
Through the additional heat exchanger 18, the flow temperature above this value, for. B. raised to about 75 C, because hot water rises in the riser 5.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 1, water from the heat exchanger 13 and the additional heat exchanger 18 can be mixed via the three-way mixing valve 17, thereby ensuring a largely constant flow temperature
Through the throttle 10, the residence time of the water in the riser 5 can be varied and the temperature in the additional heat exchanger 18 can thereby be influenced. As a result, it is also possible in the embodiment according to FIG. 2 to keep the flow temperature of the heating circuit sufficiently constant.
