<Desc/Clms Page number 3>

The invention relates to a method for producing soil bodies in the subsoil according to the preamble of claim 1. The invention also relates to a device for carrying out the method according to the preamble of claim 5
In known methods, water, air and suspension are pressed by means of bores which are sunk down to the planned foundation bed, via a boring and winding rod provided with lateral nozzle outlets. The floor surrounding the borehole is eroded, cut open, that is, by a high-pressure clamped cutting jet hollowed out, and subsequently filled with suspension. The soil, water,
Air and, for example, cement suspension, a mushy mixture that forms fills the cavities. The excess of the mixture flows through the open borehole cavity. The shape of the soil body that subsequently hardens depends on the movement of the nozzle jet. For example, columnar bodies are formed when the rod rotates and is pulled while the nozzle is being taken
The efficiency of such processes is essentially dependent on the efficiency of the hydraulic energy used, i.e. on the pump output,
The soil mechanical properties of the soil layers to be eroded and the selected manufacturing parameters nozzle jet range and erosion width are assessment criteria for the effective erosion performance of the nozzle jet process
According to the current state of the art, the above-mentioned processes work under the internationally used name JET-GROUTING with nozzle cutting jets, which consist of water or binder suspensions. The mixture formed from soil, water or suspension limits the economics of such processes because friction and Current losses consume part of the energy used
A disadvantage and therefore in need of improvement are the soil-dependent and therefore changing, undetermined erosion performances in the previously practiced processes,
the uneven soil body with the resulting shortcomings, such as incorrect overlaps
With today's manufacturing conditions is a performance dependent. Controlling control of the nozzle jets during the erosion work is currently not possible due to the lack of suitable measuring methods. Therefore, empirical manufacturing parameters are used, which are obtained and derived from evaluated construction site tests and work executions. The determination of the actual work results and the control of the dimensions of the erosion bodies is currently only with major additional effort feasible.
An analysis of the disadvantages mentioned leads to the realization that even when the soil structure is destroyed, the effectiveness of the liquid, occasionally air-coated cutting jet is severely impaired by the soil mortar that forms. Thanks to its indeterminate, heterogeneous composition and the complex flow processes prevailing in the nozzle structure, tests and efforts are necessary remained unsuccessful in this milieu for the acquisition of relevant measurement data
From GB 361 966 an above-mentioned GROUTING method is known, whereby compressed air or another gas is blown intermittently into the bottom layer. Here, the compressed air is introduced through openings other than those used for introducing the suspension. However, this should be done in such a way that the introduction of the Suspension is not affected,
only an intensive mixing of suspension and soil is achieved
EP 0 202 438 A1 describes a method and a device for solidifying and / or sealing a predeterminable area in the ground, in which a hardening liquid substance is injected with the simultaneous addition of a gaseous substance. The gas jet is guided parallel to and spaced from a liquid jet is that the gas jet also uses its kinetic energy to support a liquid jet when it penetrates into the ground
From US 4 624 606 an apparatus and a method for producing floor bodies by means of injection is known. An injection rod has two openings arranged adjacent to one another, through which liquid and air exit.
Through which air exits, the opening from which the liquid exits is narrow. The aim here is for soil removed from a drill bit to be lifted through a hole in the rod

DE 35 14 522 A1 discloses a method and a device for forming ground stabilization structures. Here, an ultrasonic sensor is arranged on a leading end of an insertion tube arrangement with a drill tip.
The invention is therefore based on the object of providing a method and a device for producing soil bodies in the ground, with which it is possible in a simple manner to carry out controllable and controllable erosion work and to adapt it to the given soil conditions with the aid of range measurements.
This object is achieved in the method according to the invention with the features of claim 1 and in the device provided for carrying out this method according to the invention with the features of claim 5.
Advantageous refinements of this are specified in the respective subclaims
The invention is based on the essential idea of producing a permanent air cushion or compressed air cushion in the expanded working area of the nozzle jets. In this compressed air cushion, one or more nozzle cutting jets can easily and smoothly dissolve the floor structure, because all substances with a higher density than that of the air, i.e. water, suspension and soil, sink and sediment in the previously hollowed out space. This way, the work process can almost run undisturbed under atmospheric conditions.
at the same time higher erosion capacities are possible, which can also be controlled via range measurements
The simultaneous injection of air and cutting fluid via the nozzle device ensures that the permanent air cushion is generated
The invention thus advantageously produces solidified,
water-impermeable soil bodies in sediment and loose rock enables these soil bodies can serve to stabilize the soil or can also be used as sealing and encapsulation bodies for foundation and underpinning measures
The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing, which shows in the single figure a preferred embodiment of a device according to the invention for explaining the method according to the invention in longitudinal section
In the specified soil layers 1, a winding bore 2 is made with a drill bit attached to a Tnplex drill rod 3,
whereby a filter cake-forming rinse is used. The relevant rinsing stream 4 flows over the interior of the rod to the drill bit and asks for the cuttings via a borehole space 5
In that area of the drill pipe 3, in which a nozzle device 6 is located, a coaxial immersion tube 7 is mounted, which after the pneumatic inflation of a rubber sleeve 8, like an annulus preventer (annulus packer)
acts and allows the coil current 4 to flow only via a coaxial annular space 9 between the dip tube 7 and the drill rod 3
After the planned drilling depth has been reached, the "drilling" working phase is switched to the "nozzle" working phase. This is initiated by injecting air via an air supply line 10 using a compressor
The air requirement required for the method depends on the permeability of the existing soil layers 1. For example, there is an air requirement of 3 m3 / min suction power of the compressor at a pressure of the air cushion 11 of 2 bar and a soil permeability coefficient of 1 x 10-4 m / s In the event of greater air losses, filter cake-forming substances can be added to the cutting fluid
When the air is injected via the supply line 10 to the air nozzle, the air supply line 10
Connected ring packer 8 put into operation After sealing the borehole space 5 in the area of the dip tube 7, the excess air builds up an air cushion 11. The lower edge 7a of the dip tube 7 determines the extent of the expansion of the air cushion 11 over the open annular space 9, formed from the dip tube 7 and The drill pipe 3, and ascending further over the annular space 9, formed from the borehole wall 19 and drill pipe 3, the excess air comes to light
After the circulating air has been produced, the erosion work for producing the solidification body 22 is started. For this purpose, water is pressed at 400 bar, for example, through the nozzle device 6, the nozzle of which has a diameter of, for example, 2 mm. The cutting jet 12 that forms penetrates the soil, for example sand,
and
<Desc / Clms Page number 3>
Destroys the soil structure in his work area, creating a flowable mixture of water and soil The high gross weight of the mixture causes it to separate from the air injected at the same time, so that the resulting mixture is exposed through the open annular space 9 The high water injection pressure of 400 bar arises in front of the nozzle 6 and rapidly reduces to the depth-dependent hydrostatic pressure. If the drill pipe 3 is pulled during this work process, the intended excavation 13 is created in the ground. This becomes cylindrical when the drill pipe 3 is rotated. The excavation 13 remains air-filled for as long How the lower edge 7a of the dip tube 7 determines it. If the separating surface zone 14 reaches the lower edge 7a of the dip tube 7,
At this point, cement suspension 16 is injected through a cement suspension nozzle 20.
