The invention relates to an implementation according to the preamble of claim 1.
When carrying out bushings, it is often not clear from the start how many pipes are to be led through a wall. It may therefore be necessary to carry out another additional pipe. In the case of conventional solutions, in which each tube is passed individually through an opening in the wall, this requires considerable installation effort, and changes to the sheet metal wall are also required.
From GB 2 168 774 A a pipe bushing has become known which consists of two sheets provided with a U-shaped recess, which can be displaced relative to one another.
In addition, DE 3 935 731 C1 has a double rosette, the two parts of which can be attached to one another with the aid of a suitable clamping or snap device. An adaptation to the number of pipes to be carried out is impossible.
The aim of the invention is to avoid the disadvantage described at the outset and to propose an implementation of the type mentioned in the introduction in which a further tube can easily be carried out subsequently.
According to the invention, this is achieved by carrying out the type mentioned at the outset by the characterizing features of claim 1.
The proposed measures make it possible to bring the further sheet metal into different positions by turning it, so that it either completely covers the recess of the wall open to the edge or, if only one pipe is carried out, covers the upper part of the recess, the pipe further covering the recess Sheet metal interspersed, or the further sheet metal completely clears the recess of the wall if, for. B. a second pipe through the wall is additionally carried out.
The features of claim 2 result in the advantage that the further sheet metal can be kept relatively small and nevertheless secure coverage of the area of the recess in the sheet metal wall that remains free is ensured.
The invention will now be explained in more detail with reference to the drawing. Show:
1 to 6 different possibilities of the implementation according to the invention in plan view and view.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2, a sheet metal wall 1 is provided with an open-edged, U-shaped recess 6, which serves to hold up to two pipes to be passed through.
Furthermore, another sheet metal 2 is fastened to the sheet metal wall 1 so that it can be rotated and locked. For this purpose, a screw 3 with nut 7, which also serves as an axis, is provided, which is arranged near the lower region of the recess 6 of the sheet metal wall 1, and the further sheet 2, which has an open-edged U-shaped recess 8, near the same and near a longitudinal edge 9 further sheet 2 penetrates this.
2, the further sheet 2 is shown in a position in which the further sheet 2 completely covers the recess 6 of the sheet wall 1, since no pipe penetrates the sheet wall 1.
If a tube 4 penetrates the sheet metal wall 1, the additional sheet 2 is brought into a position, as can be seen from FIGS. 3 and 4. The further sheet 2 covers that area of the recess 6 of the sheet metal wall 1 which remains free of the pipe 4 passing through it. The U-shaped recess 8 of the further sheet 2 partially surrounds the tube 4.
If the U-shaped recess 6 of the sheet metal wall 1 is penetrated by two pipes 4, 5, as can be seen from FIGS. 5 and 6, the further sheet metal 2 is pivoted into a position in which the recess 6 of the sheet metal wall 1 is fully released.
As can be seen from a comparison of FIGS. 2, 4 and 6, it is sufficient to simply turn the further sheet metal 2 about the axis formed by the screw 3 and then to fix it in the desired position with the nut 7.
