Abtritt für Krankenlager.
Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist ein Abtritt für Krankenlager schwer kranker Personen, die ihr Bedürfnis befriedigen sollen, ohne dass sie sich am oder vom Lager zu erheben brauchen, da das Unterschieben von Leibschüsseln oft sehr beschwerlich ist und den Kranken Schmerzen verursacht.
Der Erfindungsgegenstand ist in den Zeichnungen dargestellt und zwar zeigt :
Fig. 1 die Vorrichtung im senkrechten Achsialschnitt,
Fig. 2 ist eine Seitenansicht,
Fig. 3 ist die Ausflussöffnung,
Fig. 4 ist ein horizontaler Querschnitt nach x-x der Fig. 2.
Die Matratze 1 hat eine kreisförmige Öffnung, in welche das Gefäss 2 eingefügt ist, dessen untere aus der Matratze hervorragende Öffnung durch einen um seine Achse 4 drehbaren Deckel 3 verschlossen ist. Der Deckel ist derart ausbalanciert, dass er umklappt, wenn Exkremente darauffallen, wobei gleichzeitig eine Glocke 5 oder dergl. ertönt.
Der obere Teil 6 bildet einen durchgebogenen Flansch, in welchen ein mit Luft gefüllter ringförmiger Gummipolster 7 passt. Das Gefäss 2 ist von aussen mit einem Röhrchen 8 versehen, an welches eine bekannte Vorrichtung zum Hatten des Gliedes befestigt wird Das untere Ende dieses Röhrchens 8, das zum Ableiten des Urins dient, mündet in ein untergestelltes, transportables Gefäss. Durch ein Röhrchen 10, das in eine Düse endet, wird Wasser zugeleitet, um das Gefäss 2 zu spülen. An der Unterseite der Matratze, lose um das Gefäss 2 herum ist ein Vorhang 11 angeordnet, der den unten herausragenden Teil des Gefässes 2 sowie das Geschirr 9 verdeckt : auch wird eine eventuelle Verkühlung des Kranken verhindert.
Hölzerne Leisten 12 sichern die richtige Lage des Geschirres 9, so dass die bedienende Person, ohne erst schauen zu müssen, das Geschirr an den richtigen Platz stellt.
Der Kranke ruht mit dem Gesäss auf dem Ringpolster 7 : nach der Entleerung des
Kranken lässt die Wärterin Wasser durch das Rohr 10 einströmen, oder aber pumpt Druckwasser ein und entfernt dann das Geschirr.').
Statt der Glocke 5 kann auch eine Stromschlussvorrichtung in Verbindung mit einem ''elektrischen Klingelwerk vorgesehen werden.
