  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Anstriche auf Innenwandungen von Kesseln und   Behältern.   



   Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung bildet ein Verfahren, um die Innenwandungen von Kesseln und Reservoiren, insbesondere von   Röhrenkesseln   und solchen komplizirterer Bauart mit einem, das Ansetzen von Rost oder Kesselstein hindernden Überzuge zu versehen. 



   Das Verfahren besteht im Wesen darin, dass eine Anstrichmasse von geringerem specifischem Gewichte als Wasser auf das in den Kessel eingepumpte Wasser gebracht, und durch das, durch Wassernachfüllung oder Wasserablassen erfolgende Heben und Senken des Wasserspiegels mit allen Wandungsteilen der Kessel-oder Behälteranlage in Berührung gebracht wird. Zur   Ausführung   des Verfahrens wird der mit dem Innenanstriche zu versehende Kessel oder Behälter vorerst in geringer Höhe mit Wasser gefüllt, und auf die Oberfläche des letzteren eine genügende Menge eines flüssigen Anstrichmittels aufgebracht, welches jedoch, wie beispielsweise das von der Erfindern in den Handel gebrachte Saxol leichter wie Wasser ist. 



   Hat sich das Anstrichmittel auf der ganzen Oberfläche des Wassers in gleicher Höhe verteilt, so wird das Einpumpen des Wassers so lange fortgesetzt, bis die auf dem Wasser schwimmende Schichte der Anstrichmasse an den höchsten Punkt des mit dem Schutz- überzuge zu versehenen Teiles der Innenwandung gelangt ist. 



   Schon während des Aufsteigen der Schichte, in noch höherem Masse aber während des, beim langsamen Ablassen des Wassers erfolgenden Fallens der auf dem Wasser schwimmenden Schichte des Anstrichmittels, legt sich letzteres infolge der Adhäsion an alle Innenflächen des Kessels oder Behälters, und bildet nach gänzlichem Ablassen des Wassers einen die Gesamtinnenfläche überdeckenden Überzug. 



   Der nicht zur Verwendung gelangte Teil der Anstrichmasse fliesst am Schlusse der Entleerung aus dem Behälter aus und kann, wenn aufgefangen zur Wiederverwendung gelangen.

   The essence of the process is that a paint with a specific gravity less than water is applied to the water pumped into the boiler and brought into contact with all wall parts of the boiler or container system through the raising and lowering of the water level by refilling or draining the water becomes. To carry out the process, the kettle or container to be provided with the interior paint is initially filled with water at a low level, and a sufficient amount of a liquid paint is applied to the surface of the latter, which, however, such as the Saxol marketed by the inventors is lighter than water.
