Fig.

The invention relates to a drinking container for small children, with a base body which holds the drinking liquid, which has an outlet opening which is connected to a suction device which can be stowed in a compartment protected by a cover and which has a drinking opening which can be closed by a removable closure, wherein the closure of the drinking opening of the teat is connected to the cover via a connecting member.
Known drinking containers of this type enable direct use in infants without additional measures, and are thus, for example, when traveling, i.e. in the car and when traveling by train and plane, when staying in foreign countries, especially in those with low hygiene standards, but also on trips and other stays away from the infant's accommodation, can be used with particular advantage. The teat is sterile and protected in the compartment by the cover and is only accessible by removing the cover. The closure of the drinking opening of the teat prevents the drinking liquid from undesirably escaping into the compartment during transportation of the drinking container.
From GB 2 164 860 A a drinking container for small children has become known, in which the teat is in its position of use and is protected from use of the drinking container by a transparent, bag-like cover, which is lifted off as a whole before use after a tear strip has been removed , whereby the drinking opening of the teat is released via a connecting member. A disadvantage of this known embodiment is that the teat, which is always in its position of use, is a hindrance to stacking the drinking container, for example on store shelves, and in any case increases the space requirement. In addition, with this known arrangement there is a risk of damage or undesired widening of the drinking opening when the cover is removed.
From DE 20 65 052 A it is already known to accommodate the teat put inside a compartment, the arrangement being such that the teat automatically reaches its position of use after removal of the closing element, and it has also already been proposed that the drinking opening of the Not to close the nipple, but rather to provide a closure device in the path of the drinking liquid between the base body and the drinking opening of the nipple, which opens automatically when the nipple is in use. Such a known training is very complicated in structure and expensive and therefore cannot be implemented in practice. The drinking container according to the invention is generally a disposable container that is thrown away after use, so that the construction must be simple and cheap.
The present invention has for its object to provide a drinking container for toddlers, which can be stacked easily and space-saving before use and exposed to soft with a single hand, the teat exposed, brought into its position of use and the drinking opening of the teat can be opened. To achieve this object, the invention proposes that the teat is put inside the compartment in a manner known per se, and that the cover has a closure member connected to the connecting member, upon removal of which the teat is pulled into its position of use via the connecting member.
If the closure member, which closes the compartment in which the teat is located and thus protects the teat in a hygienically perfect manner, is removed, the teat is first pulled out of the abbey by the connecting member and

without having to touch the closure of the drinking opening of the nipple and the nipples themselves with hands that may not be clean.
The closure expediently consists of a part of the suction device which is delimited by a predetermined breaking point, the connecting member then being fastened to this part of the suction device, so that when a pull is applied to the connecting element the predetermined breaking point tears open and the part of the suction device delimited by this predetermined breaking point is removed by the connecting element can be.
According to a further feature of the invention, this connecting member can be formed by a pull-off thread, for example made of plastic.
The compartment is preferably provided in an insert part inserted in the base body, on which the closure member is arranged. Such training not only enables the equipment of known ones

required cleaning and disinfection, used again.
In the case of a single use as a disposable container, the insert part is firmly connected to the base body, for example by gluing, welding or the like. If it should be possible to refill drinking liquid, a detachable connection of the insert part to the base body is expedient.
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
In order to ensure a tight, but also easily removable connection between the closure member and the base body or the insert part, the closure member can be attached to the base body or to the insert part connected to the base body by means of a tear line, so that after a pull is applied to the discharge member, a separation same along the tear line. However, if it should be possible to refill the drinking container according to the invention, it is advantageous if the closure member is attached to the base body or to the insert part connected to the base body by means of a detachable connection, for example a screw connection.
The invention is illustrated schematically in the drawing using exemplary embodiments. Fig.

FIG. 3 shows a second embodiment of the drinking container according to the invention and FIG. 4 shows the drinking container according to FIG. 3 in a perspective, exploded view. FIG. 5 shows a third embodiment of the drinking container according to the invention and FIG. 6 shows the drinking container according to FIG. 5 in a perspective, exploded view. FIG. 7 shows a fourth embodiment of the drinking container according to the invention and FIG. 8 shows the drinking container according to FIG. 7 in a perspective, exploded view.
FIG. 9 shows a fifth embodiment of the drinking container according to the invention and FIG. 10 shows the drinking container according to FIG. 9 in a perspective, exploded view.
1 and 2, a drinking container for infants is shown, which has a base body 1 with an outlet opening 2. Insert part 3, which forms a compartment 4 in which a suction device 5 is fastened in a liquid-tight manner, is inserted into the outlet opening 2 such that the interior of the suction device communicates via the outlet opening 2 with the base body receiving the drinking liquid. The suction device has a predetermined breaking point 6, which delimits a part 7. The part 7 of the suction device 5 is connected via a connecting element 8, which is preferably formed by a pulling thread made of plastic, to a closing element 9, which seals the compartment 4 tightly.
If the closure member 9 is removed, the suction member 5 is first pulled out of the compartment 4 via the connecting member 8 and thus brought into its position of use and then torn open along the predetermined breaking point 6, whereupon the closure member 9 with the part 7 of the suction device can be removed and where the part 7 was located, the drinking opening of the teat is formed. It is not necessary to touch the suction cup.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2, the insert line 3 is flanged over the upper edge of the base body 1 at 10 and there, for example, glued or welded to the base body 1. The Abschtussorgan 9 is releasably connected at 11 to the upper edge of the insert 3 and has a tab 12 for tearing.
The embodiment according to FIGS. 3 and 4 differs from the embodiment according to FIGS.
1 and 2 in that the insert part 3 has a flange 13 which bears sealingly on the underside of the opening 2 of the base body 2. The firing member 9 is connected to the insert part 3 via an opening part 14.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 5 and 6, the suction cup 5 is formed in one piece with an inner lining 15 of the entire base body 1, a part of this inner lining 15 forming the insert part. The closure member 8 consists of a removable part of the base body 1 and again has a tear tab 12.
The embodiment according to FIGS. 7 and 8 differs from the embodiment according to FIGS.
5 and 6 in that the insert part 3, just as in the embodiment according to FIGS. 3 and 4, has a flange 13 which bears sealingly on the inner wall of the base body 1 and that the closure member 9 consists of a hinged cover.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 9 and 10, the teat 5 is connected directly to the base body and the closing element 9 consists of a cup-shaped part which, after removal of an opening! tes 14 can be screwed or plugged onto the upper, retracted edge of the base body 1, so that after the tear-off part 14 has been removed, the teat can also be protected subsequently by plugging the cup-shaped closure member 9.
The teat 5, which is shown in two different positions in FIG. 9, is also detachably connected to the base body 1 here, so that the drinking liquid can also be refilled. In one embodiment, not shown, the suction cup 5 can be connected in a liquid-tight manner for this purpose, which ring is inserted into a threaded recess in the base body 1 and is fixed by a union nut.
In all versions, the suction cup is expediently put together with the closing element 9 closed, and, as can be seen from the drawings, it is possible to put it together once or several times.
