Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Werbeträger, der freistehend, beleuchtet und unabhängig von Stromversorgungskabeln durch Industriebatterien betrieben wird.
Herkömmliche Werbeträger (Plakate, Werbesäulen etc.) sind meist nicht beleuchtet und haben daher eine von den Lichtverhältnisen abhängig begrenzte Wirksamkeit.
Werbeträger (Schilder, Leuchtkästen, Tafeln etc.), die von innen oder aussen beleuchtet sind, werden durch Kabel, Kabelschächte etc. mit Strom versorgt, sind daher von diesen abhängig und sind auch nur schwer freistehend zu installieren.
Der Offenlegungsschrift DE 33 19 461 A (Frank Bernd,) liegt die Idee zu Grunde, eine Litfasssäule zu schaffen, welche die auf ihrem Umfang angebrachten Anzeigen, Plakte, Werbesprüche und dgl. werbewirksamer einsetzt. Dabei ist eine Beleuchtung dieser Werbemittel nicht vorgesehen.
Wie auf Figur 2 dieser Offenlegungsschrift ersichtlich, ist die Batterie (17) zum Betrieb der Innenraumbe- leuchtung (18) oder für Leuchtschriften, Blinklichter etc. vorgesehen.
Die in der Offenlegungsschrift DE 27 10 876 A (Hansa - Tresor Diethelm Manser,) eingereichte Erfindung stellt sich zur Aufgabe, die Aufmerksamkeit eines potentiellen Interessenten durch einen Fernsehschirm, Projektionsschirm, Dia, oder Filmprojektor zu wecken.
Aus diesem Grunde ist, wie aus den Figuren 1 und 2 ersichtlich, auch keine Beleuchtung (Lampen, Leuchtstoffröhren) vorgesehen, welche vorgefertigte Dias bzw. Plakate von innen beleuchten.
Die Druckschrift US 309 657 A (Spencer,) zeigt ein Gerät zur Halterung von Bildern bzw. Rahmen, weiche auf einen Schreibtisch oder Tisch plaziert werden können.
Wie aus der Beschreibung ersichtlich ist, handelt es sich um ein kleines Gerät, welches zum Gebrauch in geschlossenen Räumen gedacht ist.
Die Druckschrift CA 2 129 324 A (POP Visual Marketing,) zeigt ein Gerät, das vorwiegend als Information für Sonderangebote, Sonderpreise etc. gedacht ist. Die Information" kleines tragbares" beleuchtetes Display sowie die Graphik lassen erkennen, dass die Erfindung als Information für Kaufhäuser, Geschäfte, jedenfalls für geschlossene Räume, gedacht ist.
Die Druckschrift US 3 945 139 A (Miller), zeigt ein Gerät, welches auf Grund seiner Grösse und Gewichtes einfach zu handhaben ist.
Das Gerät dient zur Ankündigung bzw. zum Erwecken der Aufmerksamkeit des potentiellen Käufers in geschlossenen Räumen.
Die vorliegende Erfindung setzt sich zur Aufgabe, einen Werbeträger bzw. Litfasssäule zu schaffen, welche freistehend und von innen beleuchtet ist. Dieser Werbeträger und die darauf angebrachten Werbemittel sind daher von allen Seiten wirksam.
Eine besonders vorteilhafte Ausführung der Erfindung geht aus den anhängigen Patentansprüchen hervor.
In den Zeichnungen wird die Beschaffenheit der einzelnen Teile des Werbeträgers sowie eine Darstellung des installierten Gerätes gezeigt und in der nachfolgenden Beschreibung deren Beschaffenheit und Anwendung erläutert.
Es zeigen : Figur 1 : den Sockel des Gerätes ; Figur 2 : den Oberteil ; Vitrinenkasten des Gerätes ; Figur 3 : das Gerät in installiertem Zustand.
In der Figur 1 ist der Sockel des Gerätes (1) im Schnitt gezeigt, wobei als Material Holz, Kunststoff, Metall, etc. verwendet werden kann. Eine Seite ist als versperrbare Türe installiert.
In der Bodenplatte sind an den Ecken 4 Nivellierschrauben (2) montiert. Diese dienen dazu, um örtliche Bodenunebenheiten, Gefälle auszugleichen.
Im Inneren des Sockels sind jeweils zwei Garnituren Industriebatterien (3) angeordnet. In der Mitte der Deckplatte des Sockels ist ein senkrecht angebrachtes Rohr (4). Die Deckplatte ist im Umfang des Rohres durchbrochen. Es kann daher von den Batterien (3) ein Kabel (5) als Stromversorgung in den Oberteil Vitrinenkasten geführt werden.
In der Figur 2 ist der Oberteil /Vitrinenkasten des Gerätes im Schnitt gezeigt.
Als Material kann Holz, Kunststoff, Metall, etc. verwendet werden. Der Vitrinenkasten besteht aus einer massiven Grundplatte. In diese Grundplatte ist ein nach innen senkrecht angebrachtes Führungsrohr (12) eingelassen. Dieses Rohr ist vom Umfang ; Durchmesser stärker als das am Sockel angebrachte Rohr (4). Es kann daher das am Sockel angebrachte Rohr durch das umfangstärkere Rohr im Boden des Vitrinenkastens geführt werden. Dieses" Rohr im Rohr" dient als Führung, zugleich erfolgt durch dieses Rohr die Energieversorgung. Zur besseren Beweglichkeit (Drehung wird zwischen Sockel und Vitrine ein Wälzlager (6), im Umfang des Führungsrohres angebracht. Auf dieser Grundplatte sind vier massive Eckelemente (7) angeordnet. Der Vitrinenkasten wird mit einer dachähnlichen Konstruktion (8) nach oben abgeschlossen.
Diese Konstruktion ist mit einem Halte Transportsgriff (9) versehen.
