AT 403 446 B Unsere Erfindung bezieht sich auf das Gebiet der hydraulischen Brennholzspaltmaschinen, die für die Zerkleinerung von Holzstämme mit einer Länge bis zu ca. 1 Meter verwendet werden. Der bisherige Stand der Technik beruht darauf, das es unter anderen, Holzspalter in liegender und stehender Ausführung gibt. Bei einer stehenden Ausführung drückt ein Spaltkeil auf das aufgestellte Holz und eine Abstützplatte stützt den Holzstamm gegen die Kraft des Spaltkeils ab. Bei einer liegenden Ausführung drückt eine Druckplatte den Holzstamm durch ein in der Höhe verstellbares Spaltkreuz. Unsere Erfindung ist ein Kombinationsspaltkeil mit dem sowohl die stehende und auch die liegende Ausführung auf einer Spaltmaschine kombiniert werden kann. Das hat den Vorteil, das für beide Systeme nur eine Maschine benötigt wird, denn beim Spalten von großen schweren Stämmen arbeitet das liegende System vorteilhafter und für das Kurzholz eignet sich nur das stehende System. Der Kombinationsspaltkeil (Zeichn. Blatt 1) ist als Schweißkonstruktion ausgeführt und besteht aus dem Führungsteil (1) der im Querschitt rechteckig und in der Keilführung (Blatt 2 und 3 (2)) durch den Keilhubzylinder (9) hydraulisch auf und ab verschoben wird, den Spaltkreuz (Blatt 1 (3)) und Konsole (4) für die Aufnahme des Keilhubzylinders und der Spaltschneide (5) für das stehende System. Spaltvorgang liegend: Der Holzstamm kommt auf den Spalttisch (Zeichn. Blatt 2 (6)) und die Druckplatte (7) drückt, angetrieben durch den hydraulischen Spaltzylinder (11) den Stamm durch das in der Höhe verstellbare Spaltkreuz (3) des Kombinationsspaltkeiles (Zeichnung Blatt 1) Die höhenverstellung hat den Sinn daß das Spaltkreuz immer zum Mittelpunkt des Stammeis steht, um vier gleichmäßige Spaltstücke zu erhalten. Spaltvorgang stehend: Der Kombinationsspaltkeil wird durch den Hubzylinder (9) aufgehoben sodaß die Spaltschneide (5) des Kombinationsspaltkeils am oberen Totpunkt steht, der Holzstamm wird auf die Abstützplatte (10) aufgestellt, Kombinationskeil mit Spaltschneide wird abgesenkt und das Holz gespalten. Patentansprüche 1. Vorrichtung zum Spalten von stehenden und liegenden Holzstämmen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einer Führung (2) ein Führungsteil (1), auf welchem, zueinander um 180* versetzt, ein Spaltkeil (5) und ein Spaltkeil (3) angebracht ist, und welcher Führungsteil (1) in seinem oberen Abschnitt keilförmig zugespitzt ist und zusammen mit dem Spaltkeil (3) ein Spaltkreuz bildet, gleitend und mittels eines Keilhubzylinders (9) hydraulisch heb* und senkbar ausgebildet ist, wobei ein auf der, mit der Führung (2) fest verbundenen Auflage (10) stehender Baumstamm durch den Spaltkeil (5) gespaltet werden kann, und weiters mit der Führung (2) ein Spalttisch (6) fest verbunden ist, auf dem eine durch den hydraulischen Zylinder (11) bewegbare Druckplatte (7) gleitend gelagert ist, und damit ein auf dem Spatttisch (6) liegender Holzstamm gegen das, durch den oberen Abschnittes des Führungsteiles (1) und dem Spaltkeil (3) gebildeten Spaltkreuz gedrückt und gespaltet werden kann.
