The invention relates to a rotor bearing for a rotor of a secondary source connected to a drive shaft, in particular for wind turbines, which has an outer ring connected to a fixed support and an inner ring, between which roller bodies are accommodated.
Most wind turbines are constructed as follows: A rotor shaft is guided in a bearing block by means of two bearings. At one end of this rotor shaft, the rotor hub is fastened with a screw connection. The other end of the rotor shaft has, for example, a shrink connection or a spline connection for torque transmission between the rotor shaft and the transmission.
Another known embodiment consists of a non-rotating hollow carrier shaft on which the hub is rotatably mounted. The drive torque is transmitted from the hub to the gearbox by a shaft, which in this case is not loaded by transverse forces and runs coaxially in the hollow carrier shaft. The shaft / gear connection is designed, for example, as a shrink connection, and the hub / betting connection is designed, for example, as a pin coupling.
The proportions of the rotor shaft including the bearing and the bearing block or the hollow carrier shaft with regard to the cost and the weight of the system are considerable.
For both variants described above, the share in the total costs of the wind power plant is in each case approximately 7%, the share in the total weight of the wind power plant without a tower is in each case approximately 15%.
The high proportion of weight also has a negative impact on the dimensioning of the parts downstream in the power flow, right down to the tower and the foundation.
Various forms of rolling bearings are known from DE 3 609 781 A 1. CH 482 938 A, CH 350 154 A, GB 645 401 A and FR 956 223 A, in some of these documents the outer ring with a fixed bearing and the inner part with is connected to a shaft.
The object of this invention is to reduce both the cost and the weight of the rotor hub / gear connection.
This task is solved in a generic rotor bearing in that the inner ring is directly connected on the one hand to the rotor and on the other hand to the drive shaft.

Flg. 3 shows an embodiment of the present invention. The rotor bearing consists of an outer ring 13, an inner ring 14 and a number of rolling elements 15 which is dependent on the bearing diameter and the load. In contrast to conventional bearings or slewing rings, the inner ring 14 is enlarged and provided on its inside with spline teeth 16. The inner ring 14 is connected in a manner not shown to a rotor hub, for. B. screwed.

The rotor bearing here also consists of an outer flange 13, an inner ring 14 and a number of rolling elements 15 which depends on the bearing diameter and the load a plurality of bolts 19 screwed to the inner ring 14 and a perforated disk 20 connected to the transmission drive shaft 17.
In the embodiment of a partially illustrated wind power plant shown in FIG. 5 using a rotor bearing according to the present invention, the rotor hub 21 is screwed to the inner ring 14 of the rotor bearing. The outer ring 13 of the rotor bearing is screwed to the housing of a gear 22. The gear drive shaft 23 is connected to the inner ring 14 of the rotor bearing by means of a spline shaft. With this arrangement, the drive torque is introduced directly from the rotor hub 21 via the bearing inner ring 14 into the drive shaft 23.
