Claims (2)

AT 397 421B Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine dichte Rohr-Nippel-Verbindung, insbesondere für Druckrohre, wobei das Rohr an den Nippel dicht angepreßt ist. Solche Verbindungen werden meist durch Einpressen von Aufweitungen des Rohres beziehungsweise des Nippels in Rillen oder dargleichen des jeweils anderen Teiles hergestellt. Der Nachteil dieser, insbesondere aus der DE-OS 25 25 313, der US-PS 37 30 567 und dar US-PS 46 69 761 bekannten Varbindung besteht vor allem darin, daß beide Teile komplizierte zueinander kongruente Ausformungen aufweisen beziehungsweise »halten müssen. Ziel der Erfindung ist es, diesen Nachteil zu vermeiden und eine Verbindung der eingangs erwähnten Art voizuschlagen, durch die ein guter Paßsitz zwischen Rohr und Nippel auch bei vereinfachter Ausformung des Nippels möglich ist. Erfindungsgemäß wird dies dadurch erreicht, daß der Nippel annähernd hohlzylinderförmig ausgebildet ist, wobei das Rohr an einem Ende zu einem Flansch umgeformt ist, der an der Stirnseite des Nippels anliegt und weiters eine Aufweitung aufweist, die an der zweiten Stirnseite des Nippels anliegt. Eine solche Rohrausformung eignet sich besonders für die Verbindung eines unter größerem Druck stehenden Rohres mit einem Nippel, da in diesem Fall das Rohr durch den in seinem Inneren herrschenden Druck aufgeweitet und gegen die Innenwand des Nippels gepreßt wird, wodurch die Dichtheit der Verbindung erhöht wird. Zur raschen Herstellung einer solchen Verbindung kann das Rohr zum Beispiel durch Hochge-schwindigkeits-Kaltumformung oder durch Stoßmagnetisierung mit einer der zu erzielenden Form angepaßten Spule ausgeformt und an den Nippel angepreßt werden. Zur Durchführung der Stoßmagnetisierung kann bei Verwendung von elektrisch relativ schlecht leitenden Rohren vorgesehen sein, daß das Rohr vor der Umformung mit einem elektrisch gut leitenden Überzug, zum Beispiel aus Aluminium, versehen wird. Die Erfindung wird nun anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert. Such a pipe shape is particularly suitable for the connection of a pipe under greater pressure to a nipple, since in this case the pipe is expanded by the pressure prevailing in its interior and pressed against the inner wall of the nipple, thereby increasing the tightness of the connection. For the rapid establishment of such a connection, the tube can be shaped, for example, by high-speed cold forming or by shock magnetization with a coil adapted to the shape to be achieved and pressed against the nipple. To carry out the shock magnetization when using relatively poorly conductive pipes, it can be provided that the pipe is provided with an electrically good conductive coating, for example made of aluminum, before the forming.
