Connection of the spindle with the cone of a valve, respectively. with the housing of a slide.

The subject of the invention forming connection of the spindle with a screwed neck with the cone of a valve, respectively. with the housing of a slide differs from the conventional ones, in which a pin or wire penetrating the neck of the valve and engaging the screwed neck is used, in that shims are placed in the screwed neck of the spindle, which are completely within the Spindle or closed cavity of the valve cone. of the valve body and there are prevented from axial displacement. By preventing the shims from falling out, the disadvantage of the connections commonly used up to now is eliminated, namely that they can be released by falling out or breaking the pin or wire.

The new connection is of a simple design, can be easily assembled and detached and ensures good guidance.
 EMI1.1
Figure 1 shows the middle part of a valve cone with the lower end of the valve spindle. A two-part or multi-part ring c is inserted into the screwed-in neck a of the valve spindle b, the outer diameter of which is somewhat larger than that of the spindle b. The lower end of the valve spindle together with the ring c is inserted into the bore of the valve cone d and the axial displacement of the ring c is prevented by screwing in the sleeve e. When the diameter of the lower end
 EMI1.2

FIG. 3 shows the mounting of the spindle b in the housing of a shut-off valve in essentially the same way as with the connection between the valve cone and the spindle. As FIG. 3 shows, the multi-part washer c and, accordingly, the screwed-in neck of the spindle can be designed like a comb bearing.
