Dies wird bei dem eingangs näher bezeichneten Entkeimungsgerät erfindungsgemäß dadurch erreicht, daß dem Lufterhitzer über ein Umschaltventil ein an sich bekanntes Schwebstoff-Filter mit einer an sich bekannten parallel dazu angeordneten Bypaß-Leitung nachgeschaltet ist, welcher Parallelanordnung ein Ultraschall-Vernebler zur Vernebelung eines Entkeimungsmittels auf eine 10 Teilchengröße bis zu 0,3 pm nachgeschaltet ist.In all institutions where the highest hygienic demands are placed on rooms, apparatus and people, air ducts, pipes and the like can be used. Bei dem dargestellten Entkeimungsgerät (1) wird das nichtgesundheitsgefährdende Entkeimungsmittel durch einen Ultraschall-Vernebler (8) in kleinste Aerosole bis 0,3 pm vernebelt und mittels eines Gebläses (3) an die 40 zu entkeimenden Stellen geführt. Das feinst vernebelte Entkeimungsmittel bestreicht die zu entkeimenden Oberflächen (13) und kondensiert, da die Oberflächentemperatur der Kanäle, Rohre u. dgl. unter dem Taupunkt des Luft-Entkeimungsmittelgemisches liegt. Dies wird dadurch erreicht, daß die vom Gebläse (3) angesaugte Luft durch den Lufterhitzer (5) stufenlos - auf ca. 35°C - erwärmt wird und daher wesentlich mehr Feuchtigkeit aufnehmen kann als normale Raumluft. Das Luft-Entkeimungsmittelgemisch wird über flexible Rohre bzw. 45 Schläuche (11) an den Luftkanal (13) geführt, welche Rohre (11) am Kanalanschlußstück (12) befestigt sind. Während des Entkeimungsvorganges wird das einen UV-Strahler enthaltende Schwebstoff-Filter (7) mit einer Bypaß-Leitung (18) durch entsprechende Schaltung des Umschaltventils (6) umgangen. Die zu entkeimenden Kanalsektionen (13) sind mit entsprechenden Absperrvorrichtungen (19), (20) (Klappe, Deckel u. dgl.) auszurüsten. Am Kanalanschluß-Austritt (14) wird ein einstellbares Überdruckventil (15) eingesetzt, so daß das 50 in den Kanal (13) geblasene Luft-Entkeimungsmittelgemisch unter Überdruck steht und dadurch auch undichte Stellen im Kanalsystem entkeimt werden (eventuell gesichtet und dann gedichtet werden können). Über das Überdruckventil (15) wird das Luft-Entkeimungsmittelgemisch durch flexible Leitungen bzw. Schläuche (16) über den Anschluß (21) dem Entkeimungsgerät (1) zugeführt und weiter mit dem Entkeimungsmittel im Ultraschall-Vernebler (8) angereichert und so lange im Kreislauf gehalten, bis die erforderliche Konzentration (je 55 nach Entkeimungsmittel und Vorschrift der Hersteller) im Kanal (13) erreicht ist. Nach der vorgeschriebenen Einwirkungszeit wird die Luft im Kreislauf durch den Lufterhitzer (5) auf ca. 70°C erhitzt, so daß der Kanal (13) austrocknet. Anschließend wird der flexible Ansaugschlauch (16) vom Entkeimungsgerät (1) abgenommen und am Kanalanschlußstück (17) eines Fortluftsystems (17), (22) angeschlossen und das Schwebstoff-Filter (7) zugeschaltet.
