The invention relates to a fuel-heated device with an exhaust gas duct arranged downstream of a combustion chamber of a burner and an exhaust gas duct arranged in this exhaust gas duct and controlled as a function of the fuel supply to the burner and between a position which relieves a partial load on the burner and releases a lower throughput and one of the positions Throughput actuator, corresponding to full load and releasing a larger throughput, consists of a pivotally mounted flap which extends over a partial cross section of the exhaust duct and to which a fixed wall is assigned in the exhaust duct, which together with the flap locally determines the clear cross section of the exhaust duct.
From DE-OS 2720716 a thermally controlled cast iron boiler has become known, which has an exhaust flap that gradually releases the exhaust gas cross section, depending on the desired amount of gas in the unit of time.
From DE-PS No. 1926428 a flue gas control device has become known, which consists of a pivotable flap and a slide. The flap controls only a partial cross section of the exhaust pipe, the remaining cross section is more or less controlled by the slide according to its position.
The invention has for its object to combine the flow actuator and the hand in a housing that can then be placed on the gas-heated device.
The solution to the problem is that the hand separates an exhaust gas collector from a flow safety device arranged next to the device, which in turn has an exhaust gas connection to a chimney at the top and an outlet opening opening into the installation space of the device at the bottom.
This results in. the advantage that a structural unit is created between a flow safety device and the housing, which supports the throughput actuator and the wall. The retrofitting of such a boiler, which until now has only had a flow safety device, with the throughput control element is therefore very simple, so that the efficiency can be increased by simple measures even with older fuel-heated heating devices.
In an embodiment of the invention, it is proposed that the exhaust manifold arranged above the device and the flow protection device arranged next to the device together form a unit with an approximately L-shaped elevation, the flap being arranged at the junction of the two L-legs. This results in a particularly space-saving arrangement, since only part of the unit rests on the fuel-heated device, but the other is arranged next to it.
The two drawings show schematically and in principle an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention. 1 shows the hood-shaped flue gas collector of a boiler, together with the flow safety device, and FIG. 2 shows a side view with the device underneath.
The flap --4-- is pivotally mounted in the flue gas duct --3-- connected to the flue gas collector and has a connecting piece --2-- opening into the chimney and alternatively in a simple servomotor --5-- two positions adjustable, namely either in a position corresponding to a partial load of the burner, releasing a lower throughput or in a position corresponding to full load, releasing a larger throughput.
The flap --4-- is assigned a fixed wall --6-- in the flue gas duct --3-- which, together with the flap --4--, determines the size of the clear cross-section of the flue gas duct that is released.
The respective position of the flap --4-- is controlled by a valve (not shown) arranged in the fuel supply line of the burner, that is to say indirectly dependent on the output of this burner.
The wall --6-- is a partition between the flue gas collector --1-- and a flow safety device --7--, which is located next to the device --8-- embodied by a boiler, on the top of which --9-- the exhaust manifold --1-- is attached. The flow safety device --7-- has an exhaust pipe --2-- at the top to a chimney and an outlet opening at the bottom --10-- to the installation room of the device. Those from the exhaust manifold --1-- and the flow protection --7--
