Die Erfindung. betrifft eine Befestigungsvorrichtung für Schilder u. dgl., insbesondere für die Warenauszeichnung und Reklame in Verkaufsgeschäften, mit einem mit wenigstens einem Saug- napf versehenen Stützfuss, mit dem über ein Gelenk eine Klemm- oder Steckhalterung für die
Tafeln oder Schilder verbunden ist.
Es ist üblich bzw. notwendig, in Verkaufsgeschäften eine Vielzahl von Schildern, Hinweista- feln usw. anzubringen. Die Schilder können Hinweise über die nähere Beschaffenheit der jeweiligen
Ware oder sonstige für den Kunden wichtige Informationen, z. B. Preisangaben, enthalten. In grossen Geschäften und Supermärkten wird mit eigenen Tafeln auf Sonderangebote hingewiesen und es ist auch üblich, Wegweiser zu bestimmten Bereichen des jeweiligen Verkaufsgeschäftes bzw. zum Ausstellungsbereich bestimmter Warengattungen anzubringen. Es gibt Regale, bei denen von Haus aus Wechselhalterungen für kleine Preisschilder angebracht sind. Für viele Waren und auch für viele Geschäftsarten ist diese Art der Preisauszeichnung nicht möglich. Man kann beispielsweise kaum unverpackt ausgestelltes Obst und Gemüse in entsprechenden Regalen unter- bringen.
Hier ist es üblich, entweder neben. den Körben, Kisten usw., in denen die Ware ausge- stellt wird, entsprechende Schilder unterzubringen oder die Preis- und Wareninformation enthalten- de Tafeln zu verwenden, die mit einem Schaft in die Ware eingesteckt werden. Dabei lassen sich Beschädigungen der Ware kaum vermeiden und die Schilder sind auch nicht genügend gegen
Umfallen gesichert. Bekannte Befestigungsvorrichtungen der eingangs genannten Art, die in der DE-PS Nr. 593699 bzw. in der FR-PS Nr. 865. 885 beschrieben werden, ermöglichen meist nur eine Befestigung von Schildern in ganz bestimmten Lagen.
Zu diesem Zweck sieht die Konstruktion nach der DE-PS Nr. 593699 zwei Saugnäpfe vor, die je eine Buchse tragen, mit der sie auf einer gemeinsamen Achse sitzen, wobei Feststelleinrichtungen vorgesehen sind, die eine Feststellung der Achse gegenüber den Buchsen ermöglichen. Auf der Achse sitzen Halterungen für Schilder oder Konsolen. Bei dieser Konstruktion können Schilder nur in verschiedenen Schwenkstellungen um die Achse angebracht werden und es ist notwendig, dass genügend grosse Ansaugflächen für beide Saugnäpfe zur Verfügung stehen.
Nach der FR-PS Nr. 865. 885 ist ein einziger Saugnapf vorhanden, aus dessen Scheitel das
Kopfstück eines Gelenkes herausragt, um das ein Schaft geschwenkt werden kann. Am Schaft können Preisschilder befestigt sein. Hier ist zwar eine Anbringung des Schaftes in verschiedenen
Schwenkstellungen möglich, doch kann keine Ausrichtung des Schildes um die Längsachse des Schaftes erfolgen.
Alle bekannten Konstruktionen haben den grundsätzlichen Nachteil, dass die Befestigung über die Saugnäpfe nicht ausreichend stabil ist. Es treten besonders bei manchen Befestigungslagen der Schilder Kräfte auf, die das Bestreben haben, die jeweiligen Saugnäpfe von ihrer Unterlage abzuziehen, so dass dann die Befestigungsvorrichtung samt dem Schild oft unvermittelt abfällt.
'Sind Schilder in Reihen und ausgerichtet anzubringen, so bereitet diese Ausrichtung mit den bekannten Befestigungsvorrichtungen Schwierigkeiten, wobei insbesondere oft die Saugnäpfe gelöst und wieder angesetzt werden müssen. Wegen der aufgezeigten Schwierigkeiten ist es oft üblich, Schilder mit andern Befestigungsvorrichtungen zu befestigen, beispielsweise an Schnüren aufzuhängen oder mit Aufhängern anzubringen.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist die Schaffung einer Befestigungsvorrichtung der eingangs genannten Art, die es ermöglichen soll, trotz der Verwendung von Saugnäpfen unter Ausnutzung von deren Vorteilen, eine auch bei ungünstigen Belastungsfällen sichere Befestigung von Schildern u. dgl. vorzunehmen, wobei gleiche und verschiedene Tafeln und Schilder in genau vorbestimmbaren Lagen und Zuordnungen anbringbar sein sollen und wobei die Tafeln und Schilder auch einfach ausgewechselt werden können.
Eine erfindungsgemässe Befestigungsvorrichtung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stützfuss als schalenförmige Abdeckung für den Saugnapf ausgebildet und am befestigten Saugnapf über eine Spannvorrichtung feststellbar ist und dass die Klemm- oder Steckhalterung für die Tafeln oder Schilder über eine Tragstange, um die sie gegebenenfalls drehbar ist, und das selbstsperrend ausgebildete Gelenk mit dem Fussteil verbunden ist.

Schilder und Tafeln können am Klemmstück --9-- sowohl in dem zwischen den beiden Rin- gen --13, 14-- liegenden Schlitzbereich als auch im Endbereich des Schlitzes im Endstück-11- oder mit Hilfe von auf das Endstück aufgeschobenen Steckhülsen befestigt werden.
Nach Fig. 3 ist die Befestigungsvorrichtung nach den Fig. 1 und 2 an einem stehenden
Wandungsteil --15-- mit Hilfe des Saugnapfes befestigt. Die Tragstange --8-- ist nach unten weisend vorgesehen und trägt, an der einen Seite herausragend im Klemmstück --9-- gehalten, eine Tafel --16--.
Nach Fig. 4 kann man die Tragstange auch von der Wand --15-- abstehen lassen, wobei ein Schild --17-- nach oben oder unten weisend im Klemmstück --9-- gehalten oder auch im
Mittelbereich eingeklemmt sein kann.
Nach Fig. 5 ist die Tragstange --8-- von der Befestigungsstelle-l-schrägt nach oben weisend vorgesehen. Hier ist angenommen, dass die Befestigung auf einer rauhen Mauer --18-- vor sich geht. Zu diesem Zweck ist als Unterlage für den Saugnapf ein selbstklebendes Aluminium- plättchen --19-- an der Wand --18-- befestigt. Die Tragstange --8-- ist schräg nach oben weisend eingestellt und trägt wieder eine Tafel --20--.
Nach Fig. 6 ist die Vorrichtung an einer horizontalen Fläche --21-- befestigt. Die Tragstan- ge --8-- ist nach oben weisend eingestellt und trägt im Klemmstück --9-- eine in ihrer Längs- mitte eingeklemmte Tafel --22--. Ferner ist auf dem Ansatz --11-- eine Steckhülse --23-- aufge- steckt, die Bestandteil eines Halterahmens --24-- ist, der ein Schild, beispielsweise ein Werbe- schild aufnimmt.
Fig. 7 zeigt, dass man auch eine Karte, ein Schild oder eine Tafel --25-- lediglich im
Schlitzbereich des Ansatzstückes --11-- festklemmen kann. Selbstverständlich kann die Befestigungs- vorrichtung auch auf schrägen Flächen oder nach unten weisend an Decken usw. angebracht werden.
Die Tragstange kann gegenüber der Gabel --6-- bzw. das Klemmstück --9-- gegenüber der Tragstange um die Längsachse drehbar und klemmend feststellbar sein.
