Feeling of walking with simultaneous heat insulation and ventilation; this way of wearing is particularly suitable for summer.
The number of layers from which the insole is built or the order of rough and smooth layers is in itself arbitrary and depends in particular on the thickness of the individual layers. The thickness of the layers is chosen so that the insole has an overall thickness of approximately 2 to 7 mm, preferably approximately 4 mm.
The layers placed on top of each other are almost non-compressible as insoles, and the individual layers are also arranged one above the other due to the stress when walking or running
Layers are not compressed, as is the case with textile fabrics, so that there is a sufficient air cushion between the individual layers or in their interstices or meshes, which provides good thermal insulation.
It is preferred if the individual elevations or depressions in the rough layers are arranged at a distance between 3 to 10 mm, preferably at a distance of 5 to 6 mm, because this causes good friction with the sole of the foot and the massage ability of the Insole is increased. The height differences in the rough tissue can be 0.5 to 3 mm, preferably 1.5 mm.
The production of the insole made of plastic makes the insole easily washable and dirt-repellent. Furthermore, the plastic can be easily produced in a wide variety of colors, so that the plastic fabrics can be woven from monofilament threads of different colors.
FIG. 3 shows an enlarged view compared to FIG. 2 of a smooth layer 2 - 2 of lattice fabric and an overlying rough layer 3 - 3 of a fabric with depressions and elevations, the depressions 6 and elevations -5-- each have a mutual distance d from each other, which, as mentioned, is about 5 to 6 mm. The depressions --6-- or elevations --5-- can also be tapered or pyramid-shaped by appropriate weaving technique of layers --3--.
The insoles are manufactured by placing individual layers - 2, 3 - of plastic fabric on top of one another and feeding them together to a punching device. The insoles are punched out in one step in the punching device and at the same time the edge or the edge zone --4-- is welded by infrared or microwave welding,
