Fig. 2 zeigt die Hülse --7--.

The invention relates to a hose connection with a sleeve for pushing onto a hose and for pressing the hose onto a nipple of a connecting piece.
Hose clamps of various types are known. For example, sleeves are placed around the hose in the nipple area, the ends of which are pulled together by means of a thread. Clamps are also known, the circumference of which is shortened by pliers. The design effort for hose clamps, which are a mass-produced item, is usually very high, as is the case with screw terminals, or the holding force is limited or cannot be specified reliably.
The invention aims to provide a simple and particularly safe and highly resilient hose connection. A hose connection with a sleeve for pushing onto a hose and for pressing the hose onto a nipple of a connection piece is characterized according to the invention in that the sleeve has at least one annular groove in its outer circumferential surface, which is preferably cut through more than two thirds of the wall thickness, whereby the remaining material of the sleeve below the groove in an axial upsetting process protrudes over the inner diameter of the sleeve and presses the hose against the nipple. The sleeve is expediently made from steel or from materials with similar cold-forming properties.
Their wall thickness is, for example, 3 mm and the groove, the width of which preferably corresponds to the depth, penetrates 2 to 2.5 mm into the wall thickness, so that 1 to 0.5 mm remaining wall thickness remains under the groove. In the case of an axial upsetting process, the groove is compressed and the aforementioned remaining wall thickness is squeezed radially inwards. The local reduction of the inner diameter of the sleeve leads to a radial pressure component on the hose, which is pressed against the nipple of the connector. In particular, if the nipple surface is ribbed, there is a non-positive or positive connection of high resilience.
An embodiment is shown in the drawings. 1 shows a hose connection, partially in cross section, before pressing, FIG. 2 shows a sleeve in side view, FIG. 3 shows a section along line 111-111 in FIG. 2 and FIG. 4 shows the hose connection according to FIG Pressing.

a flange --4--, from which a nipple --5-- projects. A pressure hose --6-- is pushed onto the nipple --5-- and a sleeve --7-- encloses the hose --6-- in the nipple area.
Fig. 2 shows the sleeve --7--. It is essentially circular-cylindrical and has two annular grooves 8, 9, which are deeply inserted into the wall of the sleeve 7 and have a U-shaped or V-shaped cross section. 3 shows the groove depth. The groove extends over at least half the wall thickness of the sleeve --7--. In the exemplary embodiment, the groove depth is approximately three quarters of the wall thickness. Steel can be used as the material for the sleeve --7--.
If high-pressure pliers are now on the free side wall of the sleeve --7-- and

Half of the groove material of the sleeve --7-- is pushed radially inwards. Ring beads --10-- are formed, which press the hose --6-- against the nipple --5-- and thus create a highly resilient hose connection. The pressure force to be applied for a sleeve - 7-- according to the exemplary embodiment is approximately 1500 kp.
The connection piece-1-can be of any design, for example have a hexagon with projecting nipples on both sides for connecting two hose ends. The sleeve --7-- can also be compressed by applying force to the two ends of the sleeve --7--.
