The invention relates to a device for producing a layer of mortar on the wall of shafts, in particular chimney shafts, with two, attached to a traction rope or the like. The peripheral contours of the shaft are dimensioned according to the clear nominal profile of the shaft, preferably made of elastic material at least in their edge regions Plates which are attached to a common tie rod or the like, spaced apart from one another by at least one rigid spacer.
Based on such devices, for example known from AT-PS No. 150897 and No. 162327, the aim of the invention is to ensure that not only the first plate is adequately supplied with the mortar to be distributed, but also in the direction of pull receives the following slab of such mortar in order to fill any remaining nests with it after passing through the first slab and thus to ensure a dense, smoothed surface of the mortar layer.
According to the invention, in a device of the type described at the outset, in order to achieve this goal, it is provided that the front plate in the pulling direction has recesses for the passage of mortar into the space delimited by the two plates.
Thanks to these recesses, the slab flowing in the direction of pull in each case flows into the amount of mortar that is required for smoothing (sanding) the shaft wall, which is more or less roughly profiled by the first slab.
The solution according to the invention is particularly advantageously applicable to devices which have a rigid disk arranged in the center of the front plate in the pulling direction, against which the coaxial spacer is supported. In such devices, the recesses are to be arranged evenly distributed around the disk.
The drawing shows an embodiment of the object of the invention in half in a view or in a longitudinal section.
The device shown comprises the one with an eyelet for attachment to a traction element, for. B. on the rope of a winch, provided threaded rod --2--, on which the two plates --4 and 5-- as well as the tubular spacer --6- are pushed on by means of the nuts --3 and 3 ' and is attached. The lower screw nut --3 '- can be designed to improve handling as a gag, wing nut or the like.
The device is pulled up in the direction of arrow 7 in a chimney shaft to be mortared, the wall of which is indicated only on one side by a dashed line 8.
The mortar is fed into the device from above in the shaft and is distributed in the direction of arrows 9 to the upper and lower plates --4 and 5--, a part of which through the recesses --10-- of the upper plate - -4-- into the space --11-- delimited by the two plates --4 and 5-joint. In order to allow the mortar to reliably reach the periphery of the two slabs --4 and 5-- and thus the shaft wall --8--, the slab edges can be given an arched cross-sectional contour that slopes upwards towards the outside --8-- sets itself by the friction of the plate edges on the mortar layer or on the wall when the device is pulled up in the direction of arrow 7.
Furthermore, a conical baffle plate --12--, indicated only by dashed lines, can also be arranged above the top plate --4--, for example in the form of an inverted funnel for radial deflection of the mortar towards the periphery of the plate --4-- be.
In order to ensure the required rigidity and stability for the two plates --4 and 5-- and to keep them in a position as perpendicular as possible to the axis of the threaded rod --2--, there are --4 and 5- - Rigid washers --13, 14 or 15, 16-- made of metal or plastic, which, together with the spacer --6-, are penetrated by the threaded rod --2-- and by the nuts --3 and 3 '- are held by supporting the spacer --6-- directly against the washers --14 and 15--.
The recesses --10-- of the upper plate --4--, which is at the front in the direction of pull, are arranged around the central discs --13 and 14-- and are dimensioned so that they only account for a portion of the total Allow mortar supplied via the shaft to enter the room --11--, which is just sufficient to remove the downstream plate --5-- at the
