The invention relates to a device for taking samples from falling material with a feed pipe for the material, the outlet opening inside a funnel opens in a direction deviating from the axis of the tube and pointing towards the inner wall of the funnel, one on the funnel wall with the In the direction of the mouth of the tube when the tube or the funnel is rotated about its axis, a sample discharge opening is provided, to which a sample collecting vessel can be connected. Known devices of this type have an angled feed tube which can be set in rotation about its axis. During this rotation, the axis of the mouth part of this tube describes a conical jacket and is directed against the wall of a funnel which has a discharge slot for the partial sample.
With each rotation of the tube about its axis by 360, this discharge slot is aligned with the mouth of the tube and the partial sample emerging through this discharge slot is discharged into a sample collection container via a tube connected to this slot. During the time in which the mouth of the feed pipe is directed against the unslit area of the funnel wall, the material flows to the bottom of the funnel and is discarded. Such constructions are primarily used to take small samples from a large amount of bulk material. The speed of rotation of the pipe is usually determined by standards. However, it cannot be increased arbitrarily either, since the centrifugal forces that occur could lead to grain separation, as a result of which the sample is no longer representative.
The invention now aims to develop a device of the type mentioned at the outset in such a way that a particularly representative small part sample can be taken from a large amount of falling material if the rotation speeds of the feed tube or the funnel having the sample discharge opening are the same or lower than the prior art. To achieve this object, the invention is essentially characterized in that a plurality of sample discharge openings aligned with the mouth of the tube are arranged in the circumferential direction of the funnel, that a collecting funnel overlapping this funnel is arranged concentrically with the funnel having the sample discharge openings and that the sample collecting vessel is on the collecting funnel can be connected.
Because a plurality of sample discharge openings are provided, samples are taken several times with each revolution of the tube and / or the funnel by 3600, which improves the statistics of the sampling. The sample discharge openings can be dimensioned smaller in order to take the same amount of sample as in the known device with unchanged rotational speeds of the funnel and / or feed tube.
Due to the shorter time intervals within which samples are taken, a representative sample is also taken from very inhomogeneous bulk material, in that a collecting funnel spanning this funnel is arranged concentrically to the funnel having the sample discharge openings and that the sample collecting vessel can be connected to the collecting funnel , a particularly simple removal of the sample material into the sample collection vessel is made possible.
In view of the fact that the rotational speed of the feed tube or of the funnel having the sample discharge opening can be kept low, the device according to the invention is only slightly worn.
The discharge openings of the funnel are preferably arranged at equal angular intervals around the axis of the funnel, as a result of which the sampling takes place at a concentric rotational speed of the feed pipe and / or funnel at mutually equal time intervals.
A structurally simple configuration results if the funnel having the discharge openings passes through the wall of the collecting funnel and the collecting funnel tube opens laterally offset from the funnel tube of the funnel having the discharge openings into the sample collecting vessel.
The sample discharge openings can be formed in a simple manner by slits arranged in the circumferential direction of the funnel on the same radius, the slit length in the circumferential direction being able to be considerably shortened relative to the known designs.
The invention is explained below with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawings and in comparison to the known prior art. 1 shows a schematic section of a rotary slot divider according to the prior art, FIG. 2 shows a

Section along the line II-II of FIG. 1, FIG. 3 shows a view similar to FIG. 1 of the device for taking samples according to the invention and FIG. 4 shows a section along the line IV-IV of FIG. 3.
1 and 2, a rotary tube divider according to the prior art is shown. The feed tube --1-- is rotatably supported about its axis --2-- and can be driven in rotation for rotation about this axis. The tube - l-merges within a funnel --3-- into an angled end section --4--, the axis of which --5-- faces the inner wall --6-- of the funnel --3-- . The

flows. When the pipe rotates --1-- about its axis --2-- in the direction of arrow 10, the axis --5-- of the mouth of the pipe --1-- is aligned with the slot-shaped discharge opening --7-- the part of the extent of the slot --7-- in the circumferential direction of the funnel --3--. This process is repeated once for every revolution of the pipe --1-- by 3600.
In the position in Fig. 2, the mouth --4-- of the tube --1-- is directed against the full wall of the funnel --3-- and the falling bulk material passes through the funnel tube - 11 - in a collecting vessel --12-- for rejection.
3 and 4, the reference numerals of FIGS. 1 and 2 are retained.
However, the funnel --3-- now has a plurality of slots --13-- on the same radius a, so that with each revolution of the tube --1-- about its axis --2-- the axis --5 - corresponding to the mouth with discharge slots - 13 - aligned. The partial sample applied through the discharge slots --13-- goes into a collecting funnel --14-- spanning the funnel --3-- and into the collecting vessel via the funnel tube --15-- of this collecting funnel --14-- -9-- four the sample. The funnel tube --11-- of the funnel --3-- carrying the discharge slots --13-- passes through the bottom --16-- of the collecting funnel --14-- and the two funnel tubes --11 and 15-- open laterally offset from each other.
3 and 4 can be driven in place of the tube - 1 - the funnel --3-- to rotate about its axis --17-- in a completely analogous manner as in the representation according to FIGS. Both the tube --1-- and the funnel --3-- can easily rotate about their axes --2 or 17-- in the same or opposite directions.
