Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Halteeinrichtung bzw. Verriegelung zum schnellen Verspannen eines Zwischenstückes eines höhen-, fugen-und tiefenverstellbaren Scharniers an einer Grundplatte, bei dem ein Scharnierarm mittels mindestens eines Zwischenstückes an der Grundplatte befestigbar und mittels Gelenkhebel od. dgl. mit beispielsweise einem Dübeltopf verbunden ist, wobei das Zwischenstück grundplattenseitig mindestens eine vorzugsweise V-förmige Aussparung hat, in die in Montagestellung ein oder mehrere korrespondierende Vorsprünge der Grundplatte ragen, so dass das Zwischenstück an der Grundplatte einhängbar und mittels einer Halte- bzw. Verriegelungsschraube am oder nahe dem der Aussparung gegenüberliegenden Ende an der Grundplatte befestigbar ist.
Scharniere mit einer derartigen Halteeinrichtung bzw. Verriegelung finden in der Möbelindustrie vielseitige Verwendung. Bei diesen Scharnieren wird die Grundplatte auf einem Möbelteil, beispielsweise einer Möbelseitenwand, mittels Schrauben, Dübeln od. dgl. befestigt und der Scharnierarm, der mittels Gelenkhebeln mit dem Dübeltopf od. dgl. verbunden ist, wird beim Einhängen des Möbeltürflügels auf die Grundplatte aufgesetzt. Der Scharnierarm kann dabei unmittelbar auf die Grundplatte aufgesetzt werden oder mittels eines am Scharnierarm oder an der Grundplatte befestigten Zwischenstückes mittelbar.
Es kann folglich vormontiert werden. Einerseits wird die Grundplatte, wie gesagt, an der Möbelseitenwand befestigt und anderseits wird der Dübeltopf, an dem der Scharnierarm drehbar gelagert ist, in ein entsprechendes Dübelloch des Möbeltürflügels eingesetzt.
An diese Scharniere werden nun im wesentlichen zwei Anforderungen gestellt. Es soll der Scharnierarm beim Einhängen des Möbeltürflügels schnell auf der Grundplatte verankerbar und an dieser gehalten sein, damit der Möbeltürflügel nicht allzulange gehalten werden muss. Weiter soll eine oder sollen mehrere Verstellmöglichkeiten gegeben sein, um etwaige Fehler, die beispielsweise beim Bohren der Befestigungslöcher in die Möbelteile entstanden sind, ausgleichen zu können.
Eine weitere Anforderung, die in vielen Fällen gestellt wird, ist die, dass der Scharnierarm nicht über einen grossen Weg über die Länge der Grundplatte sozusagen in diese eingeschoben werden muss, da es auf diese Art und Weise leicht zu einem Verkanten zwischen Scharnierarm und Grundplatte kommt, wenn beispielsweise der Türflügel nur in einem kleinen Winkel schief gehalten wird.
Bei einem derartigen Scharnier müssen praktisch sämtliche Scharnierarme, die über die Höhe des Türflügels verteilt sind, gleichzeitig in die Grundplatte eingeschoben werden, was von der mit der Arbeit betrauten Person sehr viel Geschicklichkeit erfordert bzw. in vielen Fällen eine Hilfskraft notwendig macht.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein Scharnier zu schaffen, bei dem insbesondere das Einhängen und Fixieren des Scharnierarmes auf der Grundplatte erleichtert und beschleunigt von statten gehen kann. Dennoch sind beim erfindungsgemässen Scharnier sämtliche Verstellmöglichkeiten wie bei herkömmlichen modernen Scharnieren gegeben.
Eine weitere Aufgabe der Erfindung ist darin zu sehen, eine Art der Fixierung des Scharnierarmes auf der Grundplatte zu schaffen, bei der zusätzlich zu den im allgemeinen geforderten Verstellmöglichkeiten des Scharnieres, nämlich der Verstellbarkeit in der Tiefe des Möbels und in der Möbeltürfuge, die Möglichkeit gegeben ist, eine Verstellbarkeit in der Höhe des Möbels leicht zu realisieren.
Die Aufgaben der Erfindung werden dadurch gelöst, dass die in einem Muttergewinde des Zwischenstückes lagernde Schraube in an sich bekannter Weise schräg zur Montagefläche der Grundplatte geneigt ist und seitlich an einem Ansatz od. dgl. der Grundplatte anliegt.
Vorteilhaft ist vorgesehen, dass sich die Schraube mit ihrer Basis an einer Schräge der Grundplatte abstützt, wobei die Neigung der Schräge gleich ist der Neigung der Basis.
Bei der Ausführung nach der Erfindung wird das Zwischenstück durch Anziehen der Schraube am gegenüberliegenden Ende auf den Vorsprung der Grundplatte gezogen, d. h. das Zwischenstück wird mit einer bestimmten Spannung auf der Grundplatte gehalten, wodurch eine besonders sichere Verankerung erzielt wird.
Nachfolgend wird ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung an Hand der Figuren der Zeichnungen eingehend beschrieben, ohne dass diese Beschreibung im einschränkenden Sinne verstanden werden

With such a hinge, practically all of the hinge arms, which are distributed over the height of the door leaf, have to be pushed into the base plate at the same time, which requires a great deal of skill from the person entrusted with the work or, in many cases, requires an assistant.
The object of the invention is to provide a hinge in which, in particular, the hanging and fixing of the hinge arm on the base plate can be facilitated and accelerated. Nevertheless, in the hinge according to the invention there are all adjustment options as in conventional modern hinges.
Another object of the invention is to provide a type of fixation of the hinge arm on the base plate, in addition to the generally required adjustment options of the hinge, namely the adjustability in the depth of the furniture and in the furniture door, the possibility is to make it easy to adjust the height of the furniture.
The objects of the invention are achieved in that the screw mounted in a nut thread of the intermediate piece is inclined in a known manner obliquely to the mounting surface of the base plate and rests laterally on an extension or the like of the base plate.
It is advantageously provided that the screw is supported with its base on a slope of the base plate, the slope of the slope being the same as the slope of the base.
In the embodiment according to the invention, the intermediate piece is pulled onto the projection of the base plate by tightening the screw at the opposite end, i. H. the intermediate piece is held on the base plate with a certain tension, whereby a particularly secure anchoring is achieved.
