   Die Erfindung betrifft einen Behälter mit einem mittels einer Dichtfläche an der Innenseite des Behälters anliegenden Deckel, der beim originalverschlossenen Behälter entlang eines Streifens am Behälter um dessen Mündungsteil herum fixiert ist, beispielsweise durch Schweissen oder Kleben, und der durch Aufreissen einer innerhalb des Streifens in Richtung zur Behälterachse zu angeordneten ringförmigen Sollbruchstelle vom Behälter abnehmbar ist, wobei die getrennten Teile der Sollbruchstelle beim Wiederverschliessen mit ihren aneinander in Kontakt gelangenden Bruchflächen eine Reibverbindung zwischen Deckel und Behälter bilden. 



   Ein Behälter dieser Art ist aus der   CH-PS   Nr. 495889 bekannt. Infolge der an der Innenseite des Behälters anliegenden Dichtfläche des Deckels lässt sich der Behälter nach Aufreissen des Garantieverschlusses (Zerstören der Sollbruchstelle) dichtend verschliessen. Der bekannte Behälter weist einen verhältnismässig dicken Deckel auf, damit der Deckel im vom Behälter getrennten Zustand auch nach mehrmaliger Wiederverwendung die nötige Festigkeit aufweist. 



   Die Erfindung bezweckt die Vermeidung dieses Nachteiles und stellt sich die Aufgabe, einen Behälter der eingangs beschriebenen Art zu schaffen, der mit einem dünnen Deckel oder einem Deckel aus einem billigeren (weicheren) Material als der Behälter versehen werden kann, wobei die Sicherheit gegen ein unentdecktes Aufbrechen des Originalverschlusses mit der   Möglichkeit   eines dichten Wiederverschliessens des Behälters kombiniert wird. 



   Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäss dadurch gelöst, dass die Sollbruchstelle an der Behälterwand vorgesehen ist, wobei der abtrennbare Teil der Behälterwand nach Abtrennen am Deckel fixiert bleibt. 



   Da nach Abtrennen des Deckels vom Behälter der Deckel durch den von der Behälterwand abgetrennten Ring, der am Deckel haftet, verstärkt ist, lässt sich der Deckel besonders dünn oder aus besonders billigem Material herstellen. Die Führungsflächen sichern ein einwandfreies Einführen beim Schliessen und gestatten eine relative axiale Bewegung zwischen Deckel und eigentlichem Behälter, die für ein Übergreifen der beiden Bruchflächen der Sollbruchstelle sehr wichtig ist und zu einem festen Einschnappen führt, weil der Deckel nach aller Wahrscheinlichkeit immer etwas verdreht gegenüber der Lage vor dem Aufbrechen eingesetzt werden wird und die enge Passung der Bruchflächen gegenüber den Führungsflächen den einzelnen Bruchkanten keine Ausweichspielräume lässt. 



   Eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter im Bereich des Streifens mit einem oder mehreren Schweisskämmen zur Fixierung des Deckels versehen ist. 



   Die Erfindung ist an Hand der Zeichnungen näher erläutert, wobei Fig. la einen Teilschnitt durch den Öffnungsteil des Behälters und einen darüber gelegenen Deckel vor dessen Fixierung gegen den Behälter zeigt. Fig. lb zeigt einen Teilschnitt des Öffnungsteils des Behälters mit zwei angebrachten Schweisskämmen. Fig. 2a und 2b zeigen einen Teilschnitt des Öffnungsteils eines Behälters mit einem auf dem Behälter fixierten Deckel. Fig. 3 zeigt einen Teilschnitt des Öffnungsteils eines Behälters während des Öffnungsvorganges. Fig. 4 zeigt einen Teilschnitt des Öffnungsteils bei wiederverschlossenem Behälter. Die Fig. 5 bis 7 zeigen Ausführungsformen von Behältern und Deckeln, angeordnet gemäss Ausführungsalternativen, wie sie in den Fig. 1 bis 4 gezeigt werden.

   Die Fig. 8 bis 10 zeigen eine prinzipielle Anordnung der Fixierung des Deckels gegen den Behälter durch Ultraschallschweissung. 



   Die Fig. 1 bis 6 zeigen einen   Behälter-10-,   der in seinem   Mündungsteil --11-- in   einen ringförmigen   Teil -13-- übergeht   und dabei eine ringförmige   Flächenpartie --12-- stützt.   Die ringförmige Flächenpartie ist mit einem oder mehreren   Schweisskämmen --15-- ausgeformt.   Im Übergang zwischen dem   ringförmigen   Teil und dem Behälterkörper ist aussen eine ringförmige Sollbruchstelle - angebracht. 



   Weiters ist ein   Dep ! tel --30-- vorhanden,   der mit einer ringförmigen   Kantenpartie --31-- aus-   geführt ist und der ringförmigen   Flächenpartie --12-- des   Behälters angepasst ist. Der Deckel hat einen zylindrischen Teil --33--, der gegen die Innenfläche des Behältermündungsteils passt. In Fig. 2b wird die ringförmige Kantenpartie des Deckels gezeigt, die mit einer nach unten gebogenen   Kante --50-- ausgeführt   ist, um der ringförmigen Kantenpartie eine grössere Festigkeit zu geben. Hiedurch wird ein gewisser Schutz erhalten, der verhindert, dass die ringförmige Abschwä-   chung   bzw. Sollbruchstelle bricht, wenn beim Transport oder Stapeln der Behälter Kräfte an der

 ringförmigen Kantenpartie des Deckels angreifen. 



   In Fig. 1 befindet sich der Deckel --30-- oberhalb des   Behälters --10--,   wogegen er gemäss Fig. 2a und 2b mittels Leimung oder Schweissung am Behälter befestigt ist. In Fig. 3 ist durch einen Pfeil eine Kraft an der Unterseite des ringförmigen Teils des Behälters angedeutet, wodurch sich der ringförmige Teil in der ringförmigen Sollbruchstelle --16-- vom Behälterkörper löst. Bei der Abtrennung bildet der frühere Deckel zusammen mit dem ringförmigen Teil eine zusammengehörende Einheit, welche beim Wiederverschliessen des Behälters auf die in Fig. 4 gezeigte Art in den Mündungsteil einschnappt. 



   In Fig. 5 ist ein Greifteil --17-- auf dem ringförmigen Teil --13-- angebracht, wogegen gemäss Fig. 7 ein Greifteil --32-- an dem Deckel --30-- angeordnet ist. Bei der Ausführungsform gemäss Fig. 7 bedarf es, verglichen mit'der Ausführungsform gemäss Fig. 5, einer grösseren Festigkeit in der Fixierung zwischen der ringförmigen Kantenpartie des Deckels und des ringförmigen Teils des Behälters, da die Fixierung beim Öffnen des Behälters den auftretenden Zugkräften standhalten muss. 



   Fig. 6 zeigt in Perspektive den   Mündungsteil --11-- des   Behälters mit einem darüberliegenden   Deckel-30--.   



   In den Fig. 8 bis 10 ist ein   Behälter --10-- dargestellt,   der mit seinem ringförmigen Teil - auf einem Gegenhalter --40-- ruht. Auf dem Behälter ist der Deckel --30-- angebracht. Dieser ruht hiebei auf dem ringförmigen   Schweisskamm --15--   (vgl. Fig. 9). Über dem Behälter mit Deckel befindet sich ein Ultraschallsender oder eine Sonotrode --41--. 



   Beim Fixieren des Deckels gegen den Behälter presst die Sonotrode die ringförmige Kantenpartie --31-- des Deckels gegen den an der ringförmigen Flächenpartie des   Behälters --12-- ange-   brachten Schweisskamm. Die Ultraschallschwingungen werden durch den Deckel an den Schweisskamm übertragen, wobei sich das Material im Gebiet des Schweisskammes aufwärmt und sich dabei das Material des Deckels mit dem Material des Behälters verbindet. Die Situation nach dem Verschweissen geht aus Fig. 10 hervor, in der das Gebiet der Schweissung mit der Hinweiszahl --34-- (vgl. auch Fig. 2 bis 4) gekennzeichnet ist. 



    PATENTANSPRÜCHE :    
1. Behälter mit einem mittels einer Dichtfläche an der Innenseite des Behälters anliegenden Deckel, der beim originalverschlossenen Behälter entlang eines Streifens am Behälter   UIT,   dessen Mündungsteil herum fixiert ist, beispielsweise durch Schweissen oder Kleben, und der durch Aufreissen einer innerhalb des Streifens in Richtung zur Behälterachse zu angeordneten ringförmigen Sollbruchstelle vom Behälter abnehmbar ist, wobei die getrennten Teile der Sollbruchstelle beim Wiederverschliessen mit ihren aneinander in Kontakt gelangenden Bruchflächen eine Reibverbindung zwischen Deckel und Behälter bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sollbruchstelle (16) an der Behälterwand vorgesehen ist, wobei der abtrennbare Teil (13) der Behälterwand nach Abtrennen am Deckel (30) fixiert bleibt.

   A container of this type is known from CH-PS No. 495889. As a result of the sealing surface of the lid lying on the inside of the container, the container can be sealed after the guarantee closure has been torn open (destruction of the predetermined breaking point). The known container has a relatively thick lid, so that the lid has the necessary strength in the state separated from the container even after repeated use.



   The invention aims at avoiding this disadvantage and has as its object to create a container of the type described in the introduction, which can be provided with a thin lid or a lid made of a cheaper (softer) material than the container, with security against an undiscovered one Breaking open the original closure is combined with the possibility of tightly reclosing the container.



   According to the invention, this object is achieved in that the predetermined breaking point is provided on the container wall, the detachable part of the container wall remaining fixed on the lid after separation.

   A preferred embodiment is characterized in that the container is provided in the area of the strip with one or more welding combs for fixing the lid.



   The invention is explained in more detail with reference to the drawings, in which Fig. La shows a partial section through the opening part of the container and a lid located above it before it is fixed against the container. Fig. Lb shows a partial section of the opening part of the container with two attached welding combs. 2a and 2b show a partial section of the opening part of a container with a lid fixed on the container. Fig. 3 shows a partial section of the opening part of a container during the opening process. Fig. 4 shows a partial section of the opening part with the container resealed. 5 to 7 show embodiments of containers and lids, arranged according to alternative embodiments as shown in FIGS. 1 to 4.

   8 to 10 show a basic arrangement of the fixing of the lid against the container by ultrasonic welding.



   1 to 6 show a container-10-, which merges in its mouth part --11-- into an annular part -13-- and supports an annular surface section --12--. The ring-shaped area is shaped with one or more welding combs --15--. In the transition between the ring-shaped part and the container body, an annular predetermined breaking point is provided on the outside.



   Furthermore, a dep! tel --30-- available, which is designed with an annular edge section --31-- and is adapted to the ring-shaped area section --12-- of the container. The lid has a cylindrical part --33-- that fits against the inner surface of the container mouth part.    In Fig. 1 the lid is --30-- above the container --10--, whereas it is attached to the container by means of gluing or welding according to Figs. 2a and 2b. A force on the underside of the annular part of the container is indicated by an arrow in FIG. 3, as a result of which the annular part is detached from the container body in the annular predetermined breaking point. When separating, the former lid forms together with the ring-shaped part a unit which, when the container is reclosed, snaps into the mouth part in the manner shown in FIG. 4.



   In Fig. 5 a gripping part --17-- is attached to the ring-shaped part --13--, whereas according to Fig. 7 a gripping part --32-- is arranged on the cover --30--. In the embodiment according to FIG. 7, compared to the embodiment according to FIG. 5, a greater strength is required in the fixation between the annular edge portion of the lid and the annular part of the container, since the fixation withstands the tensile forces that occur when the container is opened got to.



   Fig. 6 shows in perspective the mouth part --11-- of the container with an overlying lid -30--.



   8-10, a container --10-- is shown, which rests with its ring-shaped part - on a counter-holder --40--. The lid --30-- is attached to the container. This rests on the ring-shaped welding comb --15-- (see Fig. 9). An ultrasonic transmitter or a sonotrode --41-- is located above the container with a lid.



   When the cover is fixed against the container, the sonotrode presses the ring-shaped edge section --31-- of the cover against the welding comb attached to the ring-shaped surface section of the container --12--. The ultrasonic vibrations are transmitted through the lid to the welding comb, the material in the area of the welding comb heating up and the material of the lid being combined with the material of the container. The situation after welding is shown in Fig. 10, in which the area of the welding is marked with the reference number --34-- (see also Fig. 2 to 4).



    PATENT CLAIMS:
