   Die angegebene Wirkung kann man auch dadurch erreichen, dass man auf dem Anker eine Wicklung mit verkürztem Schritt (Sehnenwicklung) vorsieht, wie sie von Mordey für Gleich-   strommaschinen   angegeben wurde, um die Wirkung der Ankergegenwindungen zu verringern. 



  Eine solche Wicklung ergibt bei   Wechseistrommaschinen   mit Ankererregung je nach der Verkürzung des Schrittes in der Nähe jeder Erregerbürste eine mehr oder weniger breite Zone, in welcher die einzelnen Ankerleiter von entgegengesetzten Strömen   durchflossen   sind,   so,   sie zur Magnetisierung nichts beitragen, die Feldverteilung wird daher wie erforderlich   trapezförmig.   



  Eben solche Zonen würden sich natürlich gleichzeitig auch in der Nähe der Arbeitsbiirsten bilden und die Arbeitswicklung etwas weniger wirksam machen, jedoch gleichzeitig deren Streuung verringern. 



   Die hier beschiebenen Mittel können sowohl miteinander als mit den oben angegebenen Mitteln (Gestaltung des Luftspaltes und Anordnung der Ständernuten) vereinigt angewandt   werden.
