 EMI1.4
The invention relates to turbine systems with gradual expansion, in which reheaters are arranged between the individual stages in order to achieve an approximately isothermal expansion. In such systems, the amount of heat used for reheating forms a large part of the total heat. It is therefore necessary for these reheaters to make an arrangement which allows their heating systems to be used economically.

The reheaters are BEZW for this purpose immediately in the course of the heating gases in front of at least some of the oigentlichen boiler elements. Water heater arranged in such a way that the heating gases of the furnace first flow through the reheater and then through boiler or the like. Elements. The heat of the heating gases is fully utilized in this way. The heating gases have the required high temperature when flowing through the reheater elements and are then used in the following boiler elements. It is assumed that it is known to arrange the reheaters in the course of the combustion gases.

In the known arrangements, however, the reheaters were for the most part at the end of the fetal lianale at a point where the heating gases had already given off most of their heat. Such an arrangement

Multi-stage turbines for which the present invention is intended.

In the drawing, the invention is illustrated for example; 1 shows the general arrangement of a complete system according to the invention; FIGS. 2, 3 and 4 are sections along the lines X-X, Y-Y and respectively. Z-Z of Fig. L.

In the composite or multi-stage pressure steam turbine a (FIG. 1) of the known type, each stage is separated in such a way that the steam exhausting from the first stage is fed through a reheater to the inlet of the second stage, the exhaust of the latter
